We’ve been texting for the last 1.5 years and this is how he wants our first meet to be like. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We matched on Hinge last year. We hit it off, and started texting almost every day. I thought we’d meet after a month or two of texting, however, it’s been 1.5 years and we haven’t. Reason? Obviously him and his eccentricities.

He calls (both voice and video btw) me every week, sees me, texts me, sexts me, however, the moment I pitch about us physically meeting, an unusual inertia sets inside of him for some reason. He’s quite younger than I’m, so maybe he’s been just nervous? I also pitched the idea of us meeting at a public place btw, and he has not been okay with that either.

Now, he came forward with this solution - he, at my place, inside of my room and my body, while his friend waits for us to finish. How weird!

How does a man keep you blocked ‘galti se’ for 2 months and then wooosh, comes back?

Blocked me suddenly in mid-May for no reason whatsoever. Texted me out of nowhere yesterday. Also, blocking someone has a few steps on Instagram. You just can’t block ‘galti se’. Truly diabolical.

Just another day of a man I met on Bumble asking for money from me. I’m tired atp. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve lost the number of times various diff men have asked for money or material favours from me on the dating apps. Here’s a list of things they have asked from me:
• Protein Powders
• Petrol & Diesel Refill
• Phone & WiFi Recharge
• A free 1 BHK
• Cans of Beers, Bacardi, other alcohol bottles
• Royal Enfield Bullet
• Uber/Rapido expense
• Straight UPI/cash transfer because “baap mera paise nahi deta mujhey”.

Dating/Marrying a Haryanvi Jaat guy as a Brahmin person from Delhi.

Not sure if this post belongs here tbh, but I had no where to go. I’m in my mid-20s. I’m Brahmin and have almost fallen in love with a man who happens to be Jaat. His family’s from Haryana. His surname is Chaudhary. He seems equally into me.

I haven’t had the courage to have any discussion about our caste differences as of now and how accepting/non-accepting his family would be. Basis whatever little he’s told me of his family, they seem conservative, like most families.

However, before I have this discussion w him, just wanted to ask on a generalised level:

- On an average, how accepting a jaat guy’s family is of brahmin folks?
- How should I safely and respecting navigate this discussion with him?

I don’t wanna lose him over something as trivial as caste.

Pata Hai Aaj Kya Hua - We matched on Bumble 6 months ago. He’s been dating someone since then, and told me only after a few months. Thankfully, we never met. He keeps coming back after keeping me blocked for weeks. Today, he crossed all the limits by stating that he doesn’t really care about having sex with someone else for once while dating his girlfriend.

After some weeks of discussions and deliberations, I’ve decided to quit my job (my 6 days are working w minimum of 10 hours daily), to prepare full-time for CAT and OMETs.

I’m General, 9/9/9, Non-Engineer, with ~4 years of work ex. Been trying to study for the last ~2.5 years along with my job, and it just never worked out. I literally need my Sundays for resting up.

I understand CAT is extremely unpredictable, however, I do think I deserve to give 1 last fair shot to CAT and OMETs before I become too old for the IIMs.

As per Vercel, I’d need 98.5 percentile for IIMB, ~97.5 for IIML and lesser for IIMK and IIMI.

I do think that if one has studied full-time for 6-7 months (with an impressive mock score), despite how unpredictable an exam is, they should be able to get at least above 98 percentile?

Please let me know what you guys think!
