I’ve been a scare actor for 3 years. Most if not all of my characters have been like creepy (like paranormal) or a victim. Today I’m getting placed in one of our clown scenes due to short staffing and I don’t know what to do. It’s not usually the role I would be put in. It’s a “signing room” so guests sign the walls before going into the final room, but a clown character is kind of out of my comfort zone and she gave me short notice on the role so I don’t have much time to think of lines or go to the house to check out my scene, I’ve just got to kind of wing it. Any advice from clown actors asap would be greatly appreciated
I honestly feel like a clown for having to ask lol because usually I’m pretty good in new scenes but this one I’m kind of freaking out about 🤡

I’ve been working retail for about a year now. I usually wear compression socks to work and I always have a water or Gatorade with me by my register, although I still feel like shit the entire shift all the time, and I’m not allowed to sit down. I usually end up taking bathroom breaks just so I can sit for a few minutes. Does anyone have advice on how I can better cope with my symptoms while being on my feet for 5 hours straight?

Honeypot is no longer cruelty free, and I can’t seem to find any alternatives. I love their cooling liners but no longer want to support them. Any recs?
