My take on the gross episode 10

Well same as everyone, I feel very gross watching this episode. But after some few hours of thinking about it, I think its an extremely controversial episode but have it's own merit.

By the end of the episode Kotone and Ryunosuke put their relationship on hold. Onizuka and Kashiwabara did not stop kotone or push kotone for the relationship, they tried to be emphatic and told Kotone to finish school and be an adult, before pursuing her love again. Telling Kotone what she's doing is wrong is text book and will only push her away.

In conclusion, it is implied in 2 years both Ryunosuke and Kotone will forget each other. YES, Ryunosuke is not 100% a saint but at the very end he resist to abuse Kotone feeling and refused to show his affection to Kotone, thus implying they "broke up" and will forget about it. And in the final episode Onizuka last speech to Kotone is to think about Ayumu.

I also liked Ayumu involvement in that episode.

So as I said earlier, I think this episode is trying to address a very controversial and real live scenario. While this topic is especially relevant in Japan, but also I saw tons of gender reversed news from US. I do feel gross out throughout the episode, but ultimately this is my takeaway.

Songs playing in the background from Unshatter documentary

Hey guys, anyone know songs played during the documentary specifically at these 3 scenes:

- the very first song Mike is mixing at his studio

- the first song Emily is singing during the documentation. Sounds like a dead sara song to me

- the song at EastWest studio where Colin plays the guitar and Emily jumping in joy listening to it

I was not ready for eps 18 (spoiler)

Wow they killed half if not more of the characters introduced from the beginning of the series. It's so good and give more dramatic emotional weigh to the main character(s). This is the moment when I was just casually watching it into seriously invested to the show. Last time a show gave me the same brutality of war was Shingeki no Kyojin.

I know it will transform from slice of life drama into imperial warfare, but did not expect to be war torn" realistic". Imagine watching The Office and in season 3 they killed of Andy, Stanley, Phyllis, Ryan.

Is there any space movie without major incident/accident

So I was reminiscing Project Hail Mary and somehow glimpse of Prometheus crossed my mind and it got me thinking, is there any space exploration movie that does not involve major incident or accident?

Sunshine had to deal with equipment malfunction into crazy crew, Hail Mary starts with 2 our of 3 crew dead, Prometheus met with Alien (arguably it is their purpose), Space Odyssey 1st half is what I'm referring to but they ended up introducing crazy robot, The Martian is opposite of Space Odyssey which started with incident and progress into space exploration, Red Planet ticks all the box environmental hazard, crazy robot, alien, crazy crew member, Interstellar is everything went wrong.

I'm talking about "grounded" space movie where human barely have the technology to go to space and years of expedition is mentioned. So light speed jump enabled movies like Star Trek is not qualified.

So is there any space movie where they're just doing their business. Some incident might happen but should not be the plot driving factor. Actually in project hail mary, if you remove the other crew member dying and their device works fine it should be fine. They can still meet and collaborate with rocky without having to leave Ryan Gosling that stressed out.

I am playing Star Renegades right now (a rougelike with turn based JRPG combat mechanics). And this game includes a combo among team members. And none of the combo is useful at all. It waste 2 characters turn, it is costly (consumes power meter bar called fury), does not deal that much damage nor heal nor any relevant ailments.

Before this I played Eiyuden Chronicles. Around early game we'll unlock Francesca and Falward that have one of the best early game combo. But once you unlock stronger characters, you'll forget combo even exists.

Then there's also Chrono Trigger. I remember as a kid the combo looks reaaaallllyyy cool. Especially when you unlock 3 party combo. But as I remember they're not that usefull, especially when Chrono can just spam Luminair.

So do you guys have any story about combo in JRPG (turn based in particular) that is really useful and worth the multiple party member turns and the resource required to perform it?
