Hi, I currently drive for Uber eats and want to add JustEat & Roo.
JustEat say that there are too many drivers in my area (Oldham) and they will email when it's available.
However they message me 3/4/5 times a day saying "log in and tell us where you want to work and type of vehicle"
So I log in and as per every time the area is not available.
Why do they do this?? Why not just let me know when there's a vacancy?

Hi, I made a post about having my earnings put on hold. I was told by UE that it was so they could do some unspecified compliance check and it would take 48 hours. It is now a week later, I have had multiple in app chats with various "support" staff (which takes an age, sometimes no reply for 2/3 days)
I have been told in 3 chats that my earnings will be paid on the usual day (Monday).
However, I need the money urgently - I can't pay my rent without it. If I try to cash out I get a message that says "account is on hold".
This makes me think that the 3 messages that say it's resolved for payment on Monday aren't true, possibly it's just so the support staff can mark it as resolved.
I would desperately like to speak to someone instead of using the rubbish chat function but I can't find any contact info.
Does anyone happen to know a back way to contact UE to speak to a real human?
The stress is really driving me mad.

I'm a relatively new driver (3 weeks) and have had 3 cash outs that all went through without any problem.
I then received a request from the Uber Compliance Team saying they had to stop payments until I can confirm my Father & Mothers names. I did this immediately and since then nothing - 3 days ago.
The request said once I had given the info payments would be reinstated within 48 hours but nothing has happened.
I can't find anywhere to contact support and really need the money.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Do you have any advice as to how to contact the relevant people?

Hi, I've been trying to onboard with Amazon. All my checks except the background check are done - clear - but the external background check is still outstanding. I've called Amazon onboarding help 4 times and each time they've said they'll escalate it and then nothing.
I've had a recent DBD check which is clear and I know there's nothing that would stop me working for Amazon so I'm a bit lost.
Any ideas what I can do? TIA
Hi, I'm in my first month of claiming UC while I am self employed. I don't really understand how my earnings from self employment will affect the amount of UC I'm paid. I get that the MIF doesn't affect me for 12 months in order for me to get established but not what happens before then.
I don't know yet what I'm likely to get on UC, it will be the single person amount + some part of my housing rent but if I earn say £750 this month from my work, will I lose some (or all) of my UC. I can't seem to find an explanation anywhere.
Any advice much appreciated. Thanks.
