Does anyone use Go Maine for carpooling/commuting?
It's set up for people to carpool on commutes, and potentially on other trips, but it's not clear if anyone actually uses it.

I know the standard is now NACS, but wondering how annoying it is to find CHAdeMO chargers, and if it's just going to get harder since NACS is now the standard.
I have it at a place, but he's not amazing with electrical stuff and has been just trying parts one by one. I'd love to bring it somewhere where they can handle checking for bad wires. Thanks for any help!
Would it be helpful if there were electric outlets at every lamp post in a city? Or dedicated level 2 charging street parking spots on every block? Other things? I think I've read that places like NYC are trying to address this kind of thing, but curious what people's experience has been or what ideas they have!
I'm carless for a bit and have been exploring public transit options between Biddo and Portland. There's commuter options in the morning/early evening via bus and train, and a few other options during the day, but nothing southbound from Portland to Saco/Biddo after 8:00pm, as far as I can tell.
Northbound from Portland to Freeport/Brunswick, there's a 9:30pm bus ($4) and a 1AM train, and sometimes even a 2AM train ($6).
But yeah, nothing like that at night going South. Obv in my particular situation that would be helpful right now, but curious if it would be helpful for other people.

There was a recent post about how Maine has one of the highest costs for electricity in the country, and obviously we get long, cold winters. I should be able to install a Level 2 charger, but curious if people are getting by without one (there was another recent post where people debated whether an electric car was worth it without level 2 charging, and location and driving habits seemed to be the deciding factor. Anyway, thanks!
Obv got politics on my mind with the primary. Curious what people would be interested in seeing as statewide citizen initiatives.
In the past we've approved ranked choice voting, legalized same sex marriage, legalized medical and recreational marijuana, expanded Medicaid, increased the minimum wage, funded clean elections (and repealed clean election funding), and a bunch of other stuff.
My car isn't starting, not clicking at all, but turned over when I connected the battery directly to the starter motor, so I'm thinking it could be the starter relay, or the ignition switch. I found a diagram for Nissan Versa's, but just wanted to confirm that it's accurate.
I'm hoping I can just go to a junkyard and pull the relay out.
Thanks for any help
Thought some people on here might enjoy this. The musical is about three people who meet in Maine and then hike the rest of the trail together, battling inner and outer demons.
This song is sung by a group of Nobo's fearmongering the Sobo's as they arrive at the White Mountains.
I just put production on pause, and I'm not sure when we'll start back up again, but if you're interested in following it when it does pick up again, the IG for the project is: https://www.instagram.com/southboundthemusical/
If any of you are on the trail right now, hell yeah, you got this!!!
They run year-round (yeah, phew), and do the same 5K route. It's a fun winding loop that connects across a bunch of the trails in there. Super nice people, 10-12 minute miles, and they're super open to adjusting pace as needed.
They post the weekly event here, but it's Wednesdays at 6pm, just meet in the parking lot!

I ran with them for the first time last week, and it's a really nice little group of people. They post their weekly run on Strava, and it's every Wednesday, 6pm, year-round!
