Genji QoL buff suggestion

Every other flanker has a way to engage and disengage a fight and sometimes even a defensive on top of that. Anran has 2 charges of blaze rush and blaze dance. Vendetta has 2 movement abilities plus block. Tracer has 3 blinks plus recall. Sometimes it feels that Genji can only fully commit or poke from a safe distance. Soft engaging with Genji is very difficult if the map geometry doesn't allow for flanks using your wall climb and double jump.

That being said, how would you feel if Genji's dash had a reduced cooldown if it was used but it did not deal damage? So say you use it as a gap closer and instead of its full cooldown duration, it was 4 seconds. This would let Genji soft engage and have his dash back as an escape shortly after or full commit to a burst combo if he sees an opportunity after engaging. I don't think it would break the character but make him more in line with the other flankers.

Playing Rank is awful.

I get it, I'm trash at the game. The common denominator is that I lose my games. At this point, I don't even care what rank I am, I just want good/fun games god dammit. There's no role where I can escape these horrible games. Why does my team vote for Eichenwalde so they can suicide march down main and never contest high ground? Why does my team spend more time calling each other bad and getting tilted instead of playing the game? Why does my support hold onto ult until OW3? Not a single soul counter swaps. Let's run Mercy Moira into Mauga. I play dive tank and I get two cowardly hitscan players playing as far away from the objective as possible with not a single soul to help me dive or contest high ground or kill their supports.

I get games where our tank disconnects constantly and we don't have a tank for 50% of the game. I have literally lost a game where one of our supports abandoned the game because their cat turned off their computer on the final round. The games where I do win are hard fought and amazing and I get like 21% Sr for my efforts. And the games I lose, we get completely crushed because BS like this. The worst part of it all, it feels like a waste of time. I don't care if I lose, but these kind of games make me feel like I am learning nothing, not improving, and wasting my time and energy. The worst ones are always the rank up games. I was one game away from hitting Diamond support and we get a Hammond who does nothing for 5 minutes and all i said was "Ball, plz" and he tells me that I don't deserve the life I'm given and that I need to die lol. Not that it upsets me, I was raised on Dota 2. But I feel so helpless when playing OW that my entire game goes to Hell because of 1 person just dragging the whole team down.

Like im trying man. I try to not blame my team, focus on what I can do better but what am I supposed to do when the matchmaker decides it's time to lose? Like what is the point of this if I don't feel like im learning anything and I'm not even having fun.

How do I get into Classic PvP and is it worth it?

I have very fond memories of running Arathi Basin and Alterac Valley way back as a kid on my uncle's account back when TBC first came out and I want to get into PvP but I've heard a lot of discouraging things and I also don't even know where to start. How does someone get into Classic PvP progression or just instanced PvP in general? I don't think I have any interest in Arena. I kinda just want to relive chaotic group battles across huge battlefields.

I decided to step outside of my comfort zone and play DPS in comp. I went Genji and our team was kinda lacking. I just tried my best. Near the end I started playing a bit worse but this was my first Genji game of the season and I think I did relatively well all things considered. I know Genji is a very difficult hero to get value with. I feel I was too kill hungry on the enemy Zen near the end and perhaps I wasn't timing my flanks well or not flanking enough.

VietNinja PC

Thank you and have a nice day. Even though we lost, it was a fun game and I had an enemy message, "Oh you are definitely viet" which i thought was funny. I guess it was a compliment to my Genji? Not sure.

After playing a ton of Lifeweaver recently, I can say he has become one of my favorite supports of all time. He is so unique with his utility and it feels like I'm pulling off miracles with this handsome fellow. The buffs did so much for him, mainly fixing the delay between his heal and damage. I have been practicing Lifeweaver like crazy and I've been getting compliments from both teammates and enemies. The following are replays from quickplay but I am very happy to have another support for my roster. Honestly, at this point I don't think he needs a rework. I'm kinda scared that I've fallen in love with this version of Lifeweaver and can't imagine how he will be when they rework him.
