The viaduct underpasses at 102nd and 103rd Streets are constantly leaking water, even when it hasn’t rained for days, sometimes even a week. I’ve filed multiple complaints with the MTA, which apparently owns the viaduct, but none of them have received a response. Does anyone know who I can contact to actually get someone to inspect this and fix it?
I have a BA operated flight booked with American Airlines. I woke up to an email from BA saying that the information on my reservation has changed. I signed into my reservation and I saw this random email entered into my reservation below:
I called BA to check what's happening. The agent on the phone looked through the updates on my reservation and saw that two emails were added back to back via the online "manage booking" page. She asked if I shared my booking code with anyone, but I didn't.. I asked about the possible changes this person can make to my reservation, and because I have booked this flight with American, I'd have to call American to lock the booking. She also said that if someone calls me and pretends they're BA and ask to book a seat for a charge, I should just hang up.

Is BA's booking system compromised? How can someone have access to the booking codes and last names?
Last year JetBlue released the news that Birch and Devocion would open at T5 but there hasn't been any updates since then.
