Help!

I just bought the sennheise momentum 4 tws, but for some reason they just won't go above the base aptx. I have selected the prefer higher quality codecs in settings. (FYI my phone is a vivo x300 and i can play music via aptx HD and aptx adaptive on my other sennheiser headphones without any issues)

Not a basshead, prefer neutral sound. Love the soundprofile of my sennheiser momentum 4 headphones

Please help me pick

I'm in the market for some new earbuds, and currently have my eyes on either the sennheiser accentum tws or the oneplus buds pro 3. I own a samsung phone, and I prefer the soundproofing of headphones like the sennehiser monetim 4s that I own, any and all opinions are welcome. Budget is around 15k inr(Indian ruppees) translating to around 190-200usd
