Kokoro Japanese Eden Terrace

Im new to the area and was tempted to try Japanese, as i was craving for a long time.Wanted to try Kokoro Kitchen but after scrolling to their reviews i came across a very new one few weeks ago that someone who ate there become seriously ill and ended up in hospital. So im now very concerned, should i go there or not,and wondering if the person is ok, has anybody been in contact with food Safety New Zealand about this issue?
