I'm trying to mod niko from oneshot into the game, what things should i change to niko?

I want to create an animation with a spear, Ive already got my player model through blockbench but I'm having trouble finding the spear model, someone knows where to get it?

I don't have my PlayStation 4 controller anymore and I wanted to come back to the playroom VR because I remember it was really fun, everything work untill I needed to show a red light from a PS4 controller, at first I thought I could use the ps5 one, no, PlayStation has hit the second tower, any help??? Someone else had this flaw? Someone knows this?
