This is anime only for the most part and keep in mind the characters in the same tier aren’t necessarily ordered. Also the gap between tiers isn’t that large and is partially influenced by matchup- for example the gap between royal guards and Netero isn’t that large because where they lose points in Hatsu they make up for in physicals.
Illumi gets placed so high because he larps his scaling from Hisoka so i have them in the same tier. Lemme know what you guys think and what your top 20 is?

Like we know Kurapika was keeping up with Uvogin and straight up out-speeding him at certain points but when Uvogin landed a clean punch is significantly damaged Kurapika’s arm.
This wasn’t really a problem though due to healing chain. My question is whether Kurapika could’ve won the fight without Chain Jail? He was doing pretty well in straight combat and more importantly he was focused on planting Chain Jail. The main reason Judgement Chain pierced Uvogin was because of Chain Jail forcing Uvo into Zetsu.
My question is whether Kurapika would’ve won that fight purely with his physicals and other abilities like can he wear Uvogin down enough? I think it’s definitely possible with High or Extreme Difficulty but he has to consistently avoid damaging strikes from Uvogin (most of them at least) and also has to damage Uvogin enough to where he can land a Judgement Chain. I think that’s Kurapika’s main win condition and can’t win without it but what do you guys think?
So i’m making a tier list of characters tier by tier that are the best in specific category- a few people disagreed on Brian Finch being a mid tier in general outsmarting and say he’s a high tier. Do you agree with this?

Doing a new grid style series since my last one was lwk mid.
Before anyone gets into arguments about whether a specific character is in a specific tier i should tell you it doesn’t really matter.
I’ll simply pick the character with the most upvotes after maybe a day or two. So upvote and/or downvote accordingly.
Also do you guys think i should go row-wise or column-wise? should i finish all the tiers of FSIQ and move on to E.I or should i finish all the Low Tiers and then move on to Mid Tier? Let me know about any other suggestions as well.
Surprisingly close tbh but i’d give the edge to Lelouch. Field Skills is very close, Intelligence is close and Deception is also close but Lelouch takes the more meaningful categories imo.
Reasoning is also debatable since Michael’s reasoning for D.B Cooper is very solid so i could see it going to Scofield.

Whenever i watch this scene i always feel like Light could’ve and should’ve been able to do something better to find out L’s real name via Misa.
This wasn’t possible because L had already anticipated something like this would happens and arranged for Misa’s arrest and further shielded himself by pickpocketing Misa’s phone.
Light was too relaxed imo thinking he’d won here- based on L chuckling he should’ve suspected things more. What do you guys think? If you were in this situation what would you do to get L’s name as fast as possible before Misa gets arrested?
I literally barely see him in SCD anymore. I feel like he’s getting underrated nowadays being seen more as a character for Writing Scaling rather than SCD (for good reason though)
Never got the glaze he deserves to be honest and while his feats are nothing to crazy but the contextual adversity of them is actually pretty high-
I think he beats Light and there’s arguments for him beating L as well but i’ll have to analyse him further to say for sure. While i don’t agree with some of FSIQ interpretations that rank his FSIQ feats all the way up to high tier they are still impressive nonetheless. What do you guys think? Where do you scale him?
