Just answer doctor said i have scabbies but not sure to trust or not

First i have intense itching from sweating and working in a care home since 2 weeks ago and it is literally heatwave in the uk , not sure if it is the polyester trousers making me having a rash.

Dont have intense itch at night , just as the same as normal. Then these tear appear after i scratch them.

And i dont have any pimple like bumps or the burrow lines

Please help and give advice

My first time working as a care assisaint in a care home , how do you respond to residents when you can only comprehend half of what they are saying ?

Hello guys , i have never worked in care before , but i got my first job as a care assisaint in a care home with residents of some degree of dementia; ie they can recognise you abd acknowledge that they have dementia.

Just finished work today and just couldnt get this out of my head: if a resident talk to you but you cant really comprehend what is going on , what is the nest way to deal with this?

As i am fairly new to the home and trying to build a good relationship with the residents there. If i did not respond or say the wrong things ( which i felt i totally did today), how to fix this ?

Looking for any advice or suggestion

Resign after first shift - part 2

So i have submitted my email of resignation this afternoon, and suppose they dont read emails during the weekend, they will read it on monday. I got a shift ( supposed) on monday evening, should i still go?

Under zero hour contract om a front desk

( hoping the answer is no, as i was not in very good terms with one of the managers due to shift )

Advice needed

i dont feel ready for my practical test on the 15th and not able to drive in my instructor's car just added more than that. Obviously it is less than 10 working days till the actual test so i would not have my 62 pound back from cancelling the test. i have no idea what to do now.

i still have a couple lesson before the test ( around 3 maxium) ; and my parent is taking me in the his car ( which if i sat the test i will use this car) .

I just need advice on rather taking the test or cancell it. And anybody who can share their experiences if they have any similar situation as mine.

Thank you very much for your time to read
