If someone retires from federal service and continues FEHB in retirement, are they still subject to IRMAA charges?

WA state. What is the process for closing a trust and distributing assets once the grantor of the trust dies? Trust is at Schwab.

Ok, so my boss has asked me to organize an event for our office that has a lot of sales and commercial people (and mainly men) who like to drink. To the Uber driver who decided to stop and drop off 3-4 passengers on the SE corner of Denny heading east - do not do this! You snarled traffic and almost caused multiple accidents! To Uber passengers, don't let your driver do stupid stuff. Tell him to drive around the block or find a safe space to let you off. You all left the car very slowly and acted incredibly entitled.
