I'm a rehire. My most recent time being employed here was a few months ago. I just now arrived for my first day back to see this on the table. We never had to do these introduction papers before.

Why are they making us partake in this elementary school nonsense? I'm extremely introverted and socially awkward. I don't want to approach random people and ask dumb questions that aren't related to work. I'm not here to make friends.

Also, if we're going to be required to write our pronouns down I'll be very uncomfortable. I'm a trans guy who still appears very much female at the moment. I certainly don't want to write she/her on the paper, yet also am not trying to advertise that I'm trans to everyone. Strangers can assume whatever they will about me.

It's no one's business what I identify as unless I choose to tell them. I'm far from being anti-woke, and if some people enjoy wearing pins and stuff, I'm happy for them. But I don't want to draw any attention to my mismatched gender and appearance. I've got my gender on file with them and only HR should be seeing that if they need to.

This is all so unnecessary man. Just give us the training information and leave our personal lives out of it.
