Hi guys I’m currently going through a hard time , back to back to adi vaangitu iruken . Thankfully I didn’t get any S*icidal thoughts but deeply hurt but therla I’m not myself for the past two days . Any leads on how to over come this depressing state 🙂🙂

So, my brother and I were play fighting today, and I got a bit too competitive Iaccidentally landed a solid knee right in his Balls. He went down instantly and stayed there for a while I’ve apologized about 50 times, but he’s still looking a bit pale and shaken up. Since he’s a younger brother I’m a bit panicked , any idea on what can be done idk how to approach him to make sure he’s ok 😭😭 .

Someone pls help me 😭😭 , any leads ??
