This is the start of my new area for my hand-drawn game on paper. Do you have any suggestions for making this little part of my game even more impressive?

I've been working on this game for a few months now, and I'm making progress on the second major area of the game.

I tried to create a striking opening to the area to impress the player and make them feel overwhelmed by the sheer size of the landscape and then by the massive creature at its center.

I'm really happy with it, but if you have any suggestions on how to improve it even more, I'd love to hear them.

Do you have any ideas to make the parrying sensations in my game more intense?

I'm currently working on a turn-based game with a parry system (like in clair obscur expédtion 33 !!!!!).

I'm trying to make the parrying as satisfying as possible, and I think I've managed to create something pretty polished (just the audio still needs work, but I can't seem to get it right).

So far, the effects I have are: camera shake, controller vibration, a mini flash of light, a hit stop, a particle effect, and a different character animation depending on whether the parry is successful.

So if you have any suggestions for making the game's parrying system fun, please let me know

I'm testing out an art style for my first real Unity game, do you think it looks nice?

I started working on this game a few months ago; all the visuals were hand-drawn on paper, then scanned and imported into Unity (it takes a lot of time ^^).

In the video, you can see two areas: a “normal” one and the village, which will serve as the game's hub.

If you’re wondering about the gameplay, it’s a turn-based game with parries (like in Clair Obscur!!!!), but you can’t see that in the video.

So if you have any feedback for me, please don’t hesitate to share it.

I’m French, so I apologize for the poor translation (thanks you google tanslate)
