Is lost isle calling and expropriate B3 cards?

I mean, I know that Bracket 3 doesn't allow extra turns, but does that apply to every extra-turn effect? This one isn't exactly easy to get.

New precon rebelin rising problem

Hi everyone! I recently bought the new Rebellion Rising precon, and I'm having quite a bit of trouble understanding the new commander. She's a lot more complicated than she first appears.

  1. Let's say I have Neyali on the battlefield, I attack with a token, and I exile Cut a Deal. If someone kills Neyali during that same turn, am I still allowed to cast that exiled card that turn?
  2. If I don't cast it that turn, can I cast it on a later turn while Neyali is still in the command zone, without casting her again first?
  3. Can I cast that exiled card after I cast Neyali again, or does that not work because the new Neyali is considered a different game object?

Am i wrong?

There's one thing I'm curious about: why do we use a card's full name instead of just saying "when she" or "when this card," when it doesn't seem to make any practical difference?

Take [[Aurelia, the Warleader]] for example. When she attacks, if she's cloned, the new clone can also attack, and if you keep cloning her, you end up with infinite combat phases.

So why do we unnecessarily use the card's full name if we don't actually follow that logic consistently? If the full card name referred only to that specific object, then every clone with the same name shouldn't do anything, because they all share the exact same name. If we're going to use the full card name in the rules text, why don't we apply that interpretation consistently?

Do you think this is a Bracker 3 combo? (If you have time, take a look at the rest as well)

Hey guys, I really like the new Commander, but I’m worried about whether my opponents online and in person will like it too, so I’m afraid I might go overboard.

Answer according to the rules, but not only by the rules — also based on personal feelings. Would you get annoyed if you saw this combo in B3? If I pulled it off, would you play another game with me? If the answer to the previous question is yes, would you then be suspicious of my next deck? MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION: Would you congratulate me and accept the loss fairly, or would you think it’s actually more like B4? One more question: is [[Pyrohemia]] considered B3? Thanks a lot for your time.

I buy new set and i have some rules issue

  1. Elektra: When she dies and then comes back, if I place it on a space where I can't put all the hands in different zones, what happens?

A) Does it enter with one fewer hand?

B) Am I not allowed to place Electra on that space?

  1. Bullseye: when i play arrogant but effective (card that say After combat: You are considered to have won this combat. Move Bullseye up to 2 spaces.) AS A DEFENDER, an my opponent attacks me with sherlock: education never end (After combat: If you won the combat, your opponent draws 1 card. If you lost the combat, you draw 2 cards.) are:

A) Sherlock is a loser even though he dealt damage and drew 2.

B) Both Sherlock and Bullseye are winners and Bullseye draws a card.

(My reasoning: if Bullseye is a winner, that means Sherlock is a loser.

My friend's reasoning: Bullseye being a winner doesn't mean Sherlock is a loser. Sherlock won, and bullseye is just considered to have won.)
