What has worked for you all with wasp management? Have pervasive wasps nesting on my property.
Have tried several solutions such as wasp spray for nests, even using isopropyl alcohol, dish soap, even going into boric acid mixed with apple juice. Nothing seems to take care of them.

I lead a young adult Bible study through my church, and myself and the other teachers are wanting some training (book, lectures, etc.) on how to be effective Bible study leaders.
We have dabbled in the COMA methods, Inductive method, and typically use PowerPoint with prewritten discussion questions. We are basically looking for some guidance on how to grow in our skills to the next level in being effective leaders.
Any recommendations?

I bought a used 2022 Honda Pilot just under a year ago. The other day I was cleaning it and noticed I had a screw in my tire (it didn't lose pressure interestingly enough). I proceeded to swap out the tire with the spare and then discovered the existence of anti-theft lug nuts. I had to use google lens to tell me what they even were.
Well, I look everywhere and there's no key. I have no way to take these things off and its a Saturday, and the local dealership is closed. Frustrating, right? So This morning I call and make an appointment. I get there no problem, because again, zero pressure loss with the screw for whatever reason.
So I ask about the key and they don't have one. Apparently these are custom, but they might have a master key for the service department's own use, but if that didn't work they would have to take them off by otherwise destructive means. They tell me my options are: A. buy a new anti-theft set with a new key or B. just get normal lug nuts (thankfully, I'm not particularly concerned about people stealing tires where I'm from), or C. pray their master key works to take the tire off and patch it, and then just live with it.
I'm not the happiest with those options because its not my fault I don't have the key. It also seems to have created a potential safety hazard for me. For instance, what if I was driving somewhere and got a flat? Might as well just ditch my spare at that point.
Part of me wants to call the dealer and say, "hey, you didn't provide the key to me and it created an issue. What can you do?" No idea if that would fly, but it just doesn't seem right.
Has anyone else dealt with something like this before?
Update: brought the issue up when I brought the tire in. They're giving me new lug nuts for free, but the tire itself isn't fixable, so guess who's getting a new set of tires? Woohoo! Save a dime, spend a dollar.
Hi All,
I work as a Traffic Design Engineer for a state DOT. One of the knowledge deficits we keep running into is an understanding of electrical systems. As a Civil Engineering graduate, I've never taken a course on electricity, but the lighting and traffic signals we design obviously require that understanding. Of course, we know some essentials (voltage drop, wire sizing, powering cabinets and luminaires, etc), just lacking the foundational understanding that many other engineers would have obtained from courses like EE 101 or Circuits 1&2, etc.
So, is there a reputable course out there that could be construed as "electric engineering for civils/traffic engineers"? Looking for something like a 1-3 day course, not a full semester's worth of classes.
