NOW LIVE! Higher-concentration tirzepatide (30mg/mL) 🔥

Not available in: AL, AK, CA, HI, KY, LA, MD, MN, MS, NE, NV, OH, OR, VA.

Alright, y'all. This is the one you asked for!

If you're at a higher dose and tired of drawing up a big volume of liquid every week, Drug Crafters is now compounding tirzepatide glycine at 30mg/mL concentration. Triple the concentration of their standard vials, so there's a third of the liquid going in.

The vial

  • Tirzepatide 30mg/mL with Glycine 5mg/mL
  • 2mL vial, 60mg total
  • 45-day BUD, and the standard 28 days once punctured
  • Overnight shipping once it leaves the pharmacy; supplies included, same as always
  • Applicable for Levels 5-6 (11 and 13.5mg doses, respectively)

🎉 Launch pricing, through August 31

To celebrate, we have a special savings of $50 through August 31 on Tirzepatide + Glycine Core and Advanced vials (1-month plans) and ALL 12-week plans.

No coupon, no code, no hoops. It all applies automatically at checkout.

Drug Crafters Tirzepatide + Glycine Regular Through Aug 31

Yes, Core and Advanced are the same price right now, and that's on purpose. If you're at a lower dose, you shouldn't have to pay more than someone at a higher one just because your vial is smaller. So Core comes down to match.

One important note: this pricing applies to Drug Crafters tirzepatide with Glycine only. Not the B12 formulation, and not plans from our other pharmacies.

⏱️ When it actually ships

Drug Crafters is compounding this fresh for us, as a brand new batch. That means that the batch has to clear lab testing before anything can leave the pharmacy.

  • Orders placed tonight start shipping this Thursday. (Wednesday if the lab moves faster than expected.)
  • Orders placed later this week will most likely ship Monday.

Once it ships, it's overnight as always. I just don't want anyone ordering today and wondering on Wednesday where their package is. Normal speed resumes once the first few batches are through.

High-dose 12-week plans

Since these vials have a shorter BUD than the regular ones (for now), the following four plans come with three high-concentration vials, and we ship one to you each month. Every vial arrives fresh. You pay once, up front, and we handle the shipments.

  • 9mg → 11mg → 13.5mg
  • 11mg → 11mg → 11mg
  • 11mg → 13.5mg → 13.5mg
  • 13.5mg → 13.5mg → 13.5mg

The Ripple Plan (12-week starter titration) and the rest of the 12-week Wave Plans all still ship with the standard multiple vials the way they always have.

If you're on the 6→9→11 titration and land at 11mg, I know that means you're still drawing up the bigger volume, and I'm sorry. There's no possible way to configure this yet, but we're trying to fix this with the Beluga and the pharmacy.

🚨 One thing about your checkout screen

Because the pharmacy has to receive three separate vial orders to ship them monthly, you may see the word "subscription" at checkout. That's the only way to make monthly fills work within the BUD, so it's the tradeoff for getting fresh vials instead of stale ones. This doesn't mean you will be on an auto-renewal or auto-refill.

Let me be completely clear about what it actually is:

  • One payment. One billing cycle. That's it.
  • You will not be charged again. Not next month, not the month after.
  • Nothing renews on its own. When your 12 weeks are up, YOU are in control of ordering your next refill, same as everything else here.

The word "subscription" is just what the system calls a plan with more than one scheduled shipment. It is not a recurring charge. If anything on your statement ever looks otherwise, email us, and we'll sort it the same day.

We built this company partly because of bait-and-switch billing, so I prefer to over-explain this than have one person feel misled by a word on a screen.

Availability

Fulfilled by Drug Crafters, so it's available in the states they serve.

Not available in: AL, AK, CA, HI, KY, LA, MD, MN, MS, NE, NV, OH, OR, VA.

If you're in one of those, the configurator won't show it to you. Our other options are still there, and we're always working on expanding coverage.

A quick update on Nova

I told you on Saturday that our new pharmacy partner would launch today alongside this. The integration is still being configured on the technical side, so we need a couple more days before we can take orders. As soon as it's ready, you'll hear it here first.

And tomorrow... A semaglutide announcement. Stay tuned. 😉 💙

Skincare products

Hello. Many of the skincare products contain estriol. Since I am male, ive read that I should not use products containing that ingredient. Are these formulations able to be compounded without?

Consult not deducted

I have an invoice for medication, but the total amount does not include the consult fee that I had already paid. I’ve attempted to send a message through the portal, but I keep encountering an error message indicating that the message cannot be delivered. I’ve also sent an email, but I haven’t received a response.

Thank you

Happy to be here!

Thanks to all the sub members who shared their MSRP discounts! I managed to secure a 12% discount before any incentives were applied.

I’m excited to share that I’ve purchased a 2026 xDrive40 in Oxide Gray with an Espresso interior. It’s fully loaded with the m sport, DAPP, executive package, luxury seat, and more that I’m sure I’m missing.

The car is absolutely stunning, and I’m thoroughly enjoying the driving experience provided by the electric motors. As a first-time EV owner, I’m looking forward to the next three years of my lease.

I’m still in the process of learning about the car’s features and capabilities. Is there anything a new owner should be particularly aware of?
