Combining Prozac with other meds

I've been on 20mg Prozac for almost 2 weeks, and while I feel better, there are a few side effects I'm having trouble with: brain fog, fatigue and blurry eyes.

Did anyone else experience these and get past them? I'm considering combining Prozac with another medication, possibly Wellbutrin if my focus doesn't improve in a week or two.

I'm having trouble focusing and struggling with my mental recall, which is affecting my performance at work.

My OBGYN prescribed this for me for generalized depression, PMDD and PTSD that I've really been struggling with postpartum. I have previously been diagnosed with ADD as well.

Anyone else deal with pmdd?

I'm nearing 8 months PP, so between that and having PMDD I'm miserable about half the time. The stress from my family, baby responsibilities, and work are eating me up, then my hormones crash and feels like I'm standing on the edge of a cliff.

I've tried different medicines over the years, but nothing that ever actually helped with PMDD. Does anyone have any advice in this area?

Save file backup issues

I'm trying to find my save file so I can have a backup in case of any issues. So far I think I've only found the cloud sync file.

I'm playing on the steam deck. Can anyone help with finding the location and name of my actual save file?

What's your favorite money making tip?

Interested in everyone's approach - I sell a little of everything, but my favorite is using crops to make the faux decorative plants to sell.

What new thing are your kids/babies doing that you love?

Doesn't have to be new, can just be something they do that makes you happy!

My littlest (7mo) keeps trying to share his binky, or whatever he's chewing on when I talk to him, and it melts my heart 🥹

My middle is making his body into odd shapes and walking around being goofy which makes me laugh every time!

My oldest has been so caring for his littlest brother, he is going to be such a great person when he grows up.

Did your kids attach to anything non-traditional?

I'm watching my 6 month old nap in his swing holding his emotional-support-watchband and bowl lid, reminiscing about my two older boys uncommon attachments. My oldest bonded with a new cooking spoon/spatula everytime we went to the store. My middle son found a dollar section babydoll in the kitchen area of Walmart that he held onto for months (not uncommon, but random and earlier than most kids have babydolls).

Did your babies have any uncommon attachments?

Nap training for 6 month old

My 6mo is a great overnight sleeper, but exclusively wants to be held for naps in his rocking chair. When sleeping at night, he always wakes up 30-45 minutes after being transferred, but doing that during naps just wakes him up for good.

He takes a 1-2 hour nap 3 times a day. Transferring him to a swing or his bed hasn't worked so far, even though we set everything up just like bed time - bottle, swaddle, dark room and rain sounds.

How did you get your LO to nap independently?

What is an interesting fact about yourself?

A few random things about me are:

- I have 4 sisters and 2 brothers, but none are related to me by blood

- I can't smell

- the only bone I've ever broken is my skull, and I've done that twice.

- I was in a coma for about a month.

- I had a pet squirrel, blind cat rescue and a 3 legged dog rescue all at the same time.

- Drove all the way to California right after I graduated highschool so I could see something that wasn't small town Kentucky. Drove to Florida and Wisconsin a few years later.

- was robbed at gunpoint as a bank teller

- had a truck drive through the lobby of a credit union. I yelled at him until he was conscious enough to turn his truck off.
