Like the title says. Been trying to track one down for a while with no luck and thought maybe I'd get lucky with someone selling on this subreddit.

I recently got a walking pad for my room since I'm starting my fitness journey and wanted an easy way to exercise at home without binding, but any time I use it I can only do it for about 5 minutes at a time without having to stop due to really bad pain in my lower back and hips. I heard that this can happen due to posture on walking pads/treadmills because of the low shock absorption of some of the cheaper/smaller at-home models, but no matter what I do to try to fix my posture I can't seem to figure out how to get it to stop hurting.

Any tips on how to walk on a thin treadmill like this without pain? Also, any suggestions on where to find exercises to help improve posture and joint stability in general would be appreciated, I'm duck footed + think I have an anterior tilt and I know I'm likely hypermobile which makes keeping good posture when walking hard enough already, let alone on something that isn't standard ground.

What the title says. I don't like that if I search my username on Google I find my Makeship badges, there's some.plushies I bought from creators I no longer support and while I won't hide that I used to be a fan I'd rather not have it displayed like a trophy.

When I try to post a photo when I click the "next" button it briefly highlights, then nothing happens. If I tap it again it doesn't respond. This is the same with both single posts and posts with several images. For some reason reels seem unaffected, but I don't want to post my still images as reels.

I've already tried force stop, clearing cache, logging in and out, joining the beta/opting out of the beta, and uninstalling and reinstalling. The only way I can post is if I go through my tablet's gallery since that bypasses the "next" button, but this means I can't do multi-image posts.

I have a drum track I used flex time to slow down to find a tempo I liked, but now I can't change the project tempo without it changing the drum track tempo as well. I just want to be able to align it with what the drum track is at now so I can quantize midi to match with the drum track tempo. Anything I've found is about SMPTE lock which didn't work when I tried to use it.
