Is it a good upgrade? I have already the lenses of Nikon and I would like to use it for flash ambient, hdr and videos.

I'm a foreigner on a photography mission looking to buy some gear, product photography.
Considering moving from privé ( real estate appraidal ) to emploi publique my main motivation is consistancy of income, low stress jobs, and 4pm clocking out.
I honestly like to do other stuff en parallèle (websites making, photography, real estate transactions, rental landlord)
Also pros: lower rate for mortgage.
What do you suggest for me? Encg diploma finance.
Eyeing MEF or ANCFCC.
