is anyone else having the issue that code ‘SKINWINS’ isn’t working??

i bought 2 rhode lippies in person and got 4x points on them so shouldn’t that work online??

i hate this mascara

on a trip right now and to pack makeup/toiletries lighter i packed a bunch of minis, i brought this mascara mini instead of my regular one and i find this EXTREMELY hard to get off?? makeup remover seems to not work or a wet face clothe?? idk i hate it, does anyone else feel this way
