How long does Meta restrict you from being able to actually use Instagram after you get banned and make a new account?

My personal account was banned for integrity last month I think because I had a 2nd account that was on the phone that I would use to dm friends and sports memes etc. My personal has my face on it but I don’t know how to go about this. Should I keep trying meta verified chat or try something like Legal Shield or BBB or just start over on a new phone. Help

So i’m banned off Instagram, any time I make a new account it gets disabled like most of you, but is there a way to get a new account on the same phone or do you need a new phone?

I’m in California so I was thinking of emailing state representatives and the Attorney General, because meta verified chat is pretty much usless.

So I was in the middle of contacting meta verified support due to my personal instagram being suspended on April 5th for integrity, now they just banned my facebook so I can’t even talk to Meta anymore. Should I ask my parents to get meta verified to talk to them on my behalf? Should I jsut get a new phone? I have emailed my states attorney general and senator, but that 95% won’t work in my favor. This is exhausting and mentally draining I just wanna talk to my friends and family and share post. This is rock bottom and don’t know what to do.

I’ve already accepted that I can never get my accounts back, but I have 1 standing account that’s on my phone, linked to a different phone number that somehow didn’t get banned. I want to make that account my new personal account because it has a couple hundred followers already, but i’m scared it will get banned if i change it close to anything that is related to my name or same pictures. What do you guys think? I’m tired of using instagram on a burner phone
