I went to the doctor few days ago. She prescribed 3 tests for me (AMH , LH, TSH) all came normal. She asked for husbands semen analysis. She gave 2 options
I was thinking to use OPK this cycle and go on CD1 but which option is better?
About 4-5 inch water filled in basement . Please guide where can we arrange motor services to suck the water out. Please help

One for my husband semen analysis. She said to wait 3-4 days after masturbation.
She advised one more test for me a tube ultrasound? I dont remember the name of it but she said thats the only test left to do after this. But she advised us to wait one month before this test as its a but invasive and she would like to observe for one month .
She advised 2 medicines pregnecy multivitamin and metformin hydrochloride. She said dont be scared some people will tell you thats its diabetes medicine but you have to take it it will help balance your hormone and help you loose some weight????
I am 5’7’’ and my weight is 67 right now. I knew i gained weight but i didnt know i am fat enough to be given medicine? Maybe there is some other reason for it???
She said she would have given me medicine on CD4 but since i didnt come they cant start it in this cycle. Is she talking about clomid/letrozole?
What advise do you guys give me moving forward?
We have been trying for 8 months. Decided to see a specialist this fri. Still on my periods. Should i say my cycle is irregular? Is this the right term for me ? My periods range from 26-32 days. What do i need to ask? What should be a red flag to change my doc?? I haven’t gotten any tests done beforehand i am assuming she will guide us. I havent gone to a doc ever especially as an adult (without my mom/dad). The symptoms/stuff i have noticed so far is :-
I feel dizy when i stand up after a while (not super dizzy like i dont feel like i will fall or collapse but i feel dizzy)
I get ulcers in my mouth whenever my periods are about to come/when i am on my periods
I feel lethargic like my body is sinking in alot of times
I feel sore boobs the week leading up to periods (i didnt notice this before ttc)
I get like white tongue at times. And its not fungal. You can scrape off the fungal infection. This is not scrapeable.( i dont know if i should mention this)
I tracked ovulation one cycle. Opks are expensive in my country i never truly peaked. I just assumed i missed it i got like close to peak at cd15. That was in sync with app. I thought if we are trying every other day then we are already catching the ovulation day.
My periods last 7-8 days. First 5-6 days of continuous bleeding 7-8 days bleeding slows down and i notice only spotting by day 9 i am completely off periods
I have never noticed true eggwhite discharge. I looked it up to see photos. I notice some stretchy discharge but its not that much . Thats why i started mucinex method. It didnt work . I will go as far as to say i am pretty dry? Even when actively doing the deed with fully turned on we need to use lube like 2/3 times. (Sorry if this is inappropriate)
What else should i mention ?

My husband (24) and I (25) have been trying for a while now. I always thought we are young, we dont do drugs , we will conceive as soon as we ditch condoms. I was so wrong. I have given up tracking completely i dont feel like doing it anymore it just gets my hopes up for no reasons.
I was sure i wont conceive this cycle as well but as my AF date is coming closer, i am feeling all these weird symptoms which would ,ofcourse, as always, be a false alarm. I was trying to guard my heart this time. But why? Why does this keep happening?
I feel like i am becoming a completely different person. All of a sudden everybody and their moms is getting pregnant. A cousin of mine got married a few months ago and she is already pregnant. Drug addicts get pregnant. Broke people get pregnant . People in their 40s get pregnant (not that they don’t deserve it ) but why not me? I keep praying . I keep doing everything right . I just don’t know what i am missing.
And if i was convinced i am not conceiving anytime soon might as well enjoy the time, instead of being sad all the time, why am i feeling all these symptoms now. Why now?
