I'm from the usa and it seems a lot of Samoans who are born and raised here in California as well as new Zealand can be rough around the edges and get into fights type people, is it the same way in Samoa or is this exclusive to foreign born Samoans?

One thing this game does that I love as a new player to it

I can make myself easier to kill for a greater challenger, instead of turning enemies into bullet sponges. I hate bullet sponges in gaming with a passion. Do you guys know of any other games that do this? Ones that have been released within the past few years. Would like more of this after I'm done with outlaws.

Just started this game, frame generation is grayed out? Can't use it

I've tried looking up solutions and most seemed to say turn off frame rate limiter but I already did that and it did not help.
