Help! I have a ryzen 5 5600 paired with rx 590 and the cpu is maxing out
As you can see i am hitting 90% cpu utilisation in cyberpunk 2077 and for some reason the temp is close to 90°. I am using low settings with high texutes and frame generation.
6 months ago i was around 65% with the cpu temp 70°.
My cpu is brand new basically I bought it last November running with the stock cooler.
I have enabled PBO and high performance power plan on the settings but no difference whatsoever. Also the cpu is running at 4.2 ghz instead of the 4.445 that's advertised.
Am I thermal throttling?
Summer here is really hot with my room temperature being at 30°.
In addition to that I have undervolted my gpu bc it was thermal throttling running at 1400-1300 mhz instead of 1500+. I would really appreciate advice from you pls help me.

The Safety rating system needs to be changed asap
So I was racing at monza split 4 and I got absolutely t-boned but guess what I LOSE the safety rating not the other car 👌. Not mentioning the fact, that most people don't know how to race properly even at silver rank. The thing is the only way to improve your Safety rank is through starting from the pit lane and waiting approximately 50 seconds before starting so u don't have to race any people and risk a contact which is incredibly boring in my opinion. I personally believe that it's not right and you shouldn't have to start last place without racing anyone to improve it.
I would like to hear your thoughts on this battle,do I deserve a penalty? I am the Porsche
AC unity in 2026 for the first time
So yeah, Assassin's Creed Unity is the first AC game I've played this year. After completing it, I started playing AC3 Remastered, and I wanted to express my views on the game.
Story
To be honest, the story of this game is pretty mediocre ("mid"). It has some interesting moments, but it simply didn't click with me. It’s your typical love story that ends dramatically. It felt too short, and certain parts definitely needed more screen time.
Arno has the potential to be a great character in the series. He lost his father to Shay, who betrayed the Order. Personally, I would have preferred it if the story focused more on the relationship between Bellec and Arno, with Arno later hunting down Shay (his father's killer), while keeping his love/obsession with Elise as a side story. I feel like his love blinded him from focusing on the Creed. That said, I have to admit that the DLC was much, much better than the main game.
Gameplay
Even with a lot of mods installed, the game still has some bugs—not game-breaking, but really annoying and frustrating, especially when it comes to parkour. However, the gameplay is also the main reason to play this title. The stealth is fantastic,I personally liked it a lot more than in AC3.
On the downside, the NPCs and AI can be really stupid in how they detect and react to you. Overall, though, it's highly enjoyable. The French Revolution setting and the city feel so alive for a 2014 game. It feels incredibly cool and badass to climb rooftops while a wild crowd down below protesting against the government.
Another interesting feature is the level of customization. It offers numerous combinations for building your Arno, which directly impact his health and stats, giving you a solid reason to grind. Unfortunately, some gear pieces can't be unlocked unless you play the co-op missions. This is challenging because nobody plays this game anymore, forcing you to go solo, which adds an extra layer of difficulty. The mission design is nice, it's challenging and actually makes you think about how to accomplish your objectives.
Graphics
The game—especially with the Reshade mod I installed—looks absolutely stunning, even at 1080p. Climbing to the top of Paris is simply incredible, and the lighting is exceptional.
Although the game shows its age in character expressions and faces, the NPCs have terrible LOD (Level of Detail), and the game has insane asset-popping issues—kind of like Unreal Engine 5 today. It definitely needs a patch with 4K textures because the vanilla ones look really dated.
Combat
I have mixed feelings about the combat. It's surely more challenging than AC3, and it's not your typical "parry and instantly assassinate" type of gameplay. However, when you're up against 3 or more enemies, it starts getting really annoying. The mechanics and controls sometimes simply refuse to do what you want. When it works, it's really enjoyable, but if it doesn't, you're simply dead. The animations are exceptional; maybe not quite on the level of AC3, but Arno is brutal in his own elegant way, which I really like.
Conclusion
Overall, the game is decent. I wouldn't call it amazing, but it's definitely better than the recent RPG-style AC games. It has its drawbacks, which is why I would rate it a 6/10. If Ubisoft had taken 2–3 more years before releasing it, I honestly think we could have witnessed one of the best games ever made, it had a great foundation that just needed more polishing and development. With the Black Flag resynced, it gives me hope that they might completely and properly remake this game one day with a major story overhaul.
Monaco help
Is worth taking -10 for a Antoneli swap with Hamilton or just use wildcard, Antonelli -> Hamilton, McLaren ->Ferrari
Cadillac -> Haas?
