How do they exist?

I can’t fathom someone not doing this. Like living life without ever engaging in maladaptive daydreaming. so what do they do? Be normal I guess idk I still can’t believe it sometimes and it makes me sad. I think sometimes I think maybe because they’re too busy having a fulfilling REAL life? That’s why they don’t need to do it? But everyone’s reasoning is different and I know that but for me I’ve always used it as an escape from my sad reality and most of the things in my head that I imagine aren’t necessarily “unrealistic” either (like not fictional characters or universes my scenarios are usually set in real life) but just very interesting and like close to 100% chance of never happening due to my circumstances or who I am anyways yeah

Neets with siblings

I have no siblings and living with just one parent who works full time and so it’s very easy to just be a neet in my own world. I’m curious about you guys who have siblings or atleast ones that live with you? Does it make you feel bad seeing them do something with their life while you are doing nothing? I feel like also I’d have more motivation if I had a sibling who was maybe always working or going back to school or maybe not? Or siblings with friends especially idk I guess I’m curious about that. I have nobody

Sensitive to Grief?

Is anybody else extremely sensitive to grief and loss in every form? Not just death I hate losing people in any way so much that I sometimes avoid getting too close to others because in my mind fewer close relationships means fewer people to lose (or will leave me) But at the same time I crave closeness so badly. I also have this fear that nobody will ever value closeness or relationships as deeply as I do since I treat friendships with so much value almost like I seek a siblinghood with my friends. Plus I have abandonment issues, having an absent parent, and being betrayed by friends. I don’t know I guess it’s all built up over time and made me extremely sensitive to loss. I’m 24 (F) seems like it’s getting worse over time as I grow up

Only child single parent

Anyone else grew up in a single parent household. I am 24 (F) and the effects of my upbringing has only started to truly bother me when I became an adult. I know it’s circumstantial but I can’t help but tie every one of my behaviours and responses to being neglected by one parent and being raised by the parent that was hurt too.

Alcohol reccs

Hi I’m 24 and barely ever drink. I’ve drank twice with my friends and that’s all. I plan to buy alcohol sometime this week and to drink alone for the first time. I want to be able to be drunk but also don’t want to throw up and don’t like the alcohol taste. Are there any drinks that taste a little better than soju which is the only alcohol I’ve tried. I’ve heard of like some alcohol that tastes similar to iced tea I would love that

Morning Anxiety

Does anybody get really severe morning anxiety I mean shaking and chest/heart pain and it will just very slightly go away but lingers until night time. And night anxiety is just average like your body starts to kind of soothe as the day basically ends? It’s like I found some comfort in knowing the day is over 😭

Sonography

Would it be realistic if I just did academic upgrading for the science courses I need and apply for sonography or is it likely I won’t get in. I hear it’s competitive and ppl with actual degrees are applying I don’t know if I can compete with that.
For next year of course. I’ve been out of high school for 7 years I just have a diploma
