TW: Abuse, PTSD nightmares

I survived and escaped an extremely abusive family and forced marriage plus some religious trauma

I now go to therapy and was diagnosed with PTSD, and am currently on Steraline pills for 6months+ so far, I usually at least have one nightmare every single night but they're usually about feeling trapped or chased, not always about my family members or the traumatic event itself, I do dream a lot about my abusive family and siblings a lot tho.

Last night I had a nightmare where I was opening doors to houses, each house has a weird name to a certain emotion or feeling, then I eventually saw a house and my friend told me it's called avoidant house and that I know exactly what's in there but I won't dare open it, I immediately got freaked out and started running the opposite direction and all the other houses disappeared and it got dark and I kept running and suddenly woke up terrified, I immediately took a walk around my place and washed my face, I'm usually very used to waking up scared from my nightmares but I've gotten desensitized to it, So this one really freaks me out, I still don't understand why it got me so scared and freaked out.

Any advice with dealing with recurring nightmares would be grately appreciated

Loose Underbust: 77cm/ 30.3inch

Snug Underbust: 75cm/ 29.5inch

Tight Underbust: 72cm/ 28.3inch

Standing Bust: 87cm/ 34.2 inch

Leaning Bust: 95cm/ 37.4 inch

Laying bust: 85cm/ 33.4 inch

The calculator recommended a UK 30D/DD

Breast shape is a teardrop shape? When I'm looking down, Projected, Full on bottom

I would love to find a wireless bra that's not too loose on the Underbust but not tight on top/ doesn't cause spillage and is good for daily wear, preferably some of the brands available in southeast Asia since I live there

Also a good sister size for more generic brands would be appreciated! :)
