Hello guys, Nag apply po ako RCBC jcb platinum last month because of their naffl promo 2026,

Merong naka lagay sa website nila na exclusive for new principal cardholder only.

I am a supplimentary card holder of hexagon po, Am i still eligible for this promo?

I tried contacting their cs and ito sinabi nila:

Cs1 - before applying: yes i am eligible kasi supplimentary cardholder daw ako and not a principal cardholder.

Cs2 - application approved: hindi daw ako tagged and eligible for that specific promo. But pwede ko daw ipa waive every year and need to spend 60k for two months.

Any recommendations and experience like this would be much appreciated.
