Hit the power button during a restart and now my pc doesn’t start!

So I hit the reboot button on my pc since I needed to restart my pc, it was taking a bit longer than usual so I pressed the power button, now it doesn’t turn on, here’s what I know.

1.when I pull the plug and hold the power button then reinsert the plug it turns on for one second than shuts off

2.CMOS reset doesn’t work

3.i tried all the different methods of pulling in (direct to a socket, different cable, different outlet, etc)

Update: hard rebooting CMOS, doing a hard reboot and unplugging all cables fixed it but only temporarily, it turns on and works fine but when it shuts down I have to dot hat again to start it

Which of these is more accurate!

First is from the search page and the second is from the actual listing, I’m pretty new to aliexpress and haven’t been able to find a good answer. I know both are wild guesstimations but which is most likely the more accurate guesstimation. This is a building block set if that changes anything.

Has anyone gotten one of these ps2 beauties working on pc?

So I like racing games and used to be SUPER into them on the ps2. That’s naturally kinda faded but I’ve been playing the new forza (great btw) but I kept having the gnawling feeling of getting a wheel. So has anyone gotten this to work if so did a ps2 to usb adapter work or did it need more configuration?

So I’ve been using my quest 2 more recently and decided to branch into pcvr, I have the link cable but it doesn’t charge faster than it pulls so my headset just kinda dies. Also the games don’t run as well as when I use airlink.I was looking into virtual links and quests airlink didn’t work great. Lots of things I read/watched mentioned virtual desktop but I kinda got mixed opinions. I’m just curious if yall believe it is worth the money/a better or more functional experience.

Edit: I bought it, it 100% is, high graphic b&s with mods ran great, and unlike the link cable was fully playable
