Sorry for moving my head so quickly but lots to check while putting the 71 K 5 in the garage.
Just picked up this beauty today. My first ever K5. I had to go about 100 miles from my house to pick it up, drove it home no problems. Can’t wait to start digging in.
Just found yall. That’s it, that’s the post
I'm thinking of eventually changing out the seats and carpet in my Blazer, as they have some stains and I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for colors, or if I should keep the blue!
Integrated full cage, seat mounts and rear shock towers almost done with fab.
Never owned one before anything I should be on the look out for as far as major issues or things that need to be addressed first before moving onto fixing the looks. 41k original miles 400SBC w/ 400 trans. Suspension is trashed so I plan on replacing the all suspension with a 2 inch suspension lift. Only used to push snow and drive a trailer around small town Iowa. Needs tlc but I think it’s a keeper.
I’ve always had difficulties with a hood in the car, but I cannot get it open this time the interior latch unlocks and and the front, but the hood doesn’t open does anyone have any tips? Thank you.
Do you guys replace the full interior from a website or recover the oem ones ? Or yall knows someone that knows someone ? 😂
I replaced the bulbs a few months ago on the instrumental cluster and headlights aswell (194 incandescent). The guages always seems dim no matter what, and the headlights themselves never seem to illuminate as bright as they should.
Is there a wire(s) that power on the interior that I should look at? Maybe a headlight wire isnt that good too? Perhaps a ground?
Id just like my dash to be as bright as it once was
