Well, found out.

Cant thank the good users of this subreddit for the information and support, I dont feel comfortable showcasing my rating, though its alot more than I expected, or even hoped for.

To any others struggling in the process, have faith, patience, and hold steadfast.

Thank you all again.

I....I dont know what to think

I wasn't expecting this at all, i mainly cared about the MH Exam out of all of them I went in, told them about the ideations, the drinking, racing away from where I was, etc. im genuinely in shock, part of me feels like a huge imposter, the other part is just glad these exams are over.

Im in NYS, working aswell, hopefully it doesnt impact that (i actually do like contributing to society still, etc)

Transmission fluid old Mechanic tricks.

Has anyone ever done these "old school mechanic tricks" before? Been thinking about trying some of these on my 85 6.2 Detroit. (Either that or use LiquiMoly, Marvel Mystery Oil, etc).

What else could I do to get better mileage?

Specs of the vehicle:

  • 1990 Chevrolet K5 Blazer
  • 1985 6.2 Detroit Diesel
  • ATS Turbo Kit
  • Stage III 4L60E (OD)
  • 3.73 gear ratio
  • 33 inch tires
  • 6.5 (turbo/short body) Bosch injectors

I already cruise at max 55-65 MPH (mainly on the low end due to nyc traffic) really wonder what else I could do to get better mileage.
