Do I pass and how old do I look?

Keep getting called "kid", "lad" and "buddy" in work by like 20-40 yr old men - which is even stranger because I'm in the UK (Usually it would be mate). Wondering if I look really young? Most other guys (18-20) my age don't get called this.
1st photo is my usual uniform, 2nd photo is what i wear day to day.

Not sure what to do with my hair?

first two photos are how it is now, the rest of the photos are ways ive had it through the year, not sure what looks best/good or if i need a new haircut completely?

Also open to dying it or literally doing whatever

Thanks in advance 🙏

I know my pitch is in the right range, but does my speech pattern and other aspects of my voice sound male?

3 months on T and worrying that my voice isn't low enough to pass properly yet

Stupid ahh question, but do my headphones make my faceshape look fem?

Obviously hair isnt helping atm, getting a haircut when i go home from uni over summer. Wearing headphones seem to make my face look shorter/smaller and im worried that its making me more clocky? help.

18FTM almost 3 months on T
