Cotton boxer briefs recommendations

I have been wearing Pair of Thieves Action Blend Cotton boxer briefs. They’re very comfortable fit well, not too much extra fabric in the pouch. However, I don’t think the fabric blend is very friendly to my pH.

Ideally I need longer boxer briefs with a cotton crotch or just 99-100% cotton blend. A covered elastic waistband is also a huge plus. My waist is about 38”. I wear a 2XL in PoT.

I used to buy Tomboyx but the quality is bad for the high cost. The last few pairs I bought from them tore at the seams immediately.

Boots for wide, flat feet + insoles

I overpronate due to dropfoot and have no arches. The only shoe + insole combo that has actually helped my overpronation are cowboy boots and Superfeet green insoles. Bizarre combination my friend recommended to me but it worked.

Can anyone suggest a boot with a wider toe box that’s deep enough for an orthotic?

I’m a women’s US 8 but typically size up to a men’s 7 4E in athletic shoes.

The boots I tried were too shallow and the heel cup was too narrow, but it actually stopped my ankle from collapsing for once.

Struggling to feel present during sex

I can masturbate and enjoy penetration, but in the past few years, it’s impossible for me to enjoy intimacy. I disassociate and can’t feel my body. I get frustrated and end up focusing on my partner’s pleasure instead. Most of the time I don’t even take off my clothes.

Prior to this, I was with a femme for years who was also my first sexual partner. I had no issues with receiving during sex with her.

I don’t know if this is a medication problem since I started taking an SSRI or dysphoria. I don’t identify as stone but that is essentially what I’ve become.

Any other butches or mascs have this happen to them?

Managing PMDD + endo with Norethindrone

I’ve been on Zoloft (sertraline) for 5 years now but it seems to completely stop working when I’m about to start my period.

I’ve told multiple doctors this and they never suggest new medication or any solutions. It’s frustrating. I feel defeated and like any progress I’ve made with medication + years of therapy just vanishes. It’s like I regress to my worst depths of depression pre-medication. I start having ideation as well.

I was also recently diagnosed with endometriosis and underwent laparoscopic surgery to remove two 10mm cysts from my ovaries. I saw a gynecologist about medical management of my endo so it doesn’t come back.

Unfortunately, I also had DVT so my options for medication are limited.

I’m 30 years old and because of my DVT history, the doctor didn’t think it was a good idea to try pharmaceutical menopause.

My gynecologist prescribed norethindrone. This will be the first time taking any hormones or BC in my life. I’m scared to try it because it has a DVT risk AND can actually worsen mood.

It seems like there are no good solutions to either my PMDD or endo. If I do nothing, the doctor says I’ll need surgery again in the next 5 years.

Doctor prescribed norethidrone but I’m scared to take it

I had robotic laparoscopic surgery about two months ago to remove two 10mm cysts from my right ovary. I have pretty severe endometriosis that has infiltrated my sigmoid colon. I also have PMDD that doesn’t respond to Zoloft (I have been on it for 5+ years).

My main concern is that I have a history of DVT, but no doctor has been able to figure out why. So far, they think it was a combination of being sedentary and high body weight. I have no genetic clotting factors.

This is the first time I’ve been prescribed birth control or hormones of any kind. My doctor is aware of my DVT history but prescribed it anyway.

I’ve also read that norethidrone can cause increased ideation and mood swings, which defeats the purpose of using it to treat my PMDD.

I’m terrified to start taking this medication, but if I don’t treat my endometriosis, it will continue to come back and I’ll be on the operating table again.

I’m only 30 so having a total hysterectomy or going into chemical menopause don’t seem like options for me.

Can anyone who has taken this medication help me out? I’m feeling so defeated and frustrated by endo. My entire life since I started puberty, my periods have been hell. I would love to not have them but I don’t want to have a pulmonary embolism or have worse mental health on top of my already unstable moods.

Sports bra style swim top recommendations?

I found a pair of boardshorts that work, but I need a new swim top.

I had non-flat top surgery and my scars are sensitive. It’s difficult finding swim tops that don’t irritate the scar tissue but also cover me enough. Tops that are longer tend to ride up because my torso is short.

I’m looking for a sports bra type swim top. Even a sports bra that can survive chlorinated pool water would be great.

I think I started blushing. I was helping a new coworker today with something and she called me a good girl with a smile. It made me instantly melt. I just smiled back. Not sure what she meant by it though. I think she’s attractive but I’m scared to flirt with coworkers.

Why do women say things like this? Is it an endearing thing? I’m 30, visibly greying butch.

Trying to have a hot butch summer. I love my Pair of Thieves tanks but they’re too big even in a size small.

Looking for men’s tank tops that are super soft and fit tighter. Open to women’s as well as long as they have a masculine style.
