How was your initiation experience?

I’m sharing this to hear other perspectives and would appreciate hearing from those who have experiences in African spirituality too.

The day before I was initiated as a diviner I had a dream that my dog that I was walking with in the dream died and it was covered in mud but in the same dream a white puppy appears. The next day,my dog was attacked by other dogs and her body was found covered in mud. (I still don’t know what this meant)

I was initiated by an older lady who had a lot of initiates including her own children. We got along but I just could never bring myself to spend time with her and I felt like she saw me as her cash cow (she always asked me for money) Months went by and one night,I dreamt of myself getting into a physical altercation with a large snake in a swamp. I fought so much in that dream I physically woke up exhausted but I had great pride in the fact that I had won the battle. An hour after I woke up (the usual 3am witching hours) I got a message from one of the other initiates that she did not wake up. 💀🪦

After she passed,I stopped having money blocks and I got more opportunities. My career started booming again and I practiced less divination but focused heavily on my intuition. This was 2 years ago and life is better but that experience (and other experiences I had during that time) traumatised me.

Ps. Sorry if this reads all over the place.

“Fly here first and we’ll explain later.” — why do people like to have endless meetings?

There’s a real culture of endless meetings here that kills productivity. Across industries, across levels.. everyone wants to “have a meeting” before a single document is shared or a single real issue is addressed. At some point you realise the meeting is the business model. I mean,we all expect some level of procedural questions and scrutiny but I’ve seen people here generally do not do well with scrutiny.. in fact, people are offended by it. What’s up with that?

The healthiest transactions usually sit in the middle of the relationship matters but documentation leads. Here? smh.

Best stack for fat loss + muscle retention + skin tightening

What would be the best stack for someone whose goals are fat loss, muscle growth minimising loose skin during weight loss? I’ve never used peptides before, so I’m trying to understand what experienced people consider the “best overall” beginner-friendly stack and why.

Being an expat in Zambia lately feels less like “international business” and more like a full-time scam detection internship 😭 Especially in the minerals and vehicle purchasing space… every week there’s a new story, a new “facilitator,” a new “my brother is at the mine right now” situation and the crazy part is Zambians have always been some of the most honest, warm people I’ve worked with. I genuinely don’t know what changed in the last 2 years but damn… can we PLEASE catch a break? 😩

At this point half the job is due diligence, the other half is recovering emotionally from the due diligence.

Does anyone have recommendations for reliable places or sellers that make custom graphite molds suitable for real gold casting temperatures? Location doesn’t matter.

Working with licensed small scale and artisanal miners remains one of the safest ways to buy here. With the rise in scams across the region, trust and legitimacy matter more than ever.

Real large transactions are becoming RARE.
