Question about getting a more fair inheritance (3 children, 1 single mother, home in army housing) Long Post warning.
Hello. I hope you are all doing well. I am using a friends account for anonmyity, and also will keep a lot of details private.
I am the youngest of 3 Brothers, no other siblings. To a single mom. Her only asset is a house that is in her name, my name, and my middle brother name. the house is in Askari. (Will not mention city to preserve anonymity)
My life has been a rollercoaster but the last 15 years feel unreal.
My brothers have always been selfish. My oldest brother was my mom's main support for the first 22 years of his life (he is now in his early 40's), and one day when he turned 28, he eloped with a girl, whose family completely brainwashed him, and kept him separated from us for over 10 years. It was only at this last Eid that he called my mom and made amends while still being married to that harpy.
My middle brother was always the poster child for middle-child syndrome. EVERYTHING bad in his life was my fault. He says throughout his life, my mother never did anything good for him and its because our mom spent all her free time on me (she didn't). Where my Oldest brother was my mothers support for most of his life, my middle brother is the rotting termite infested wooden leg keeping a small chicken coop intact. He has NEVER made the same amount of financial contribution to the house the same way my oldest and I used to do.
Myself. My mother wasn't the best. She fucked us, and herself many ways. In the end. After a lot of reflection. I learned to forgive her. Whatever kindness, generosity, and forgiveness I had left in my life. I used it all to forgive a mother who robbed me of a normal fun teenage upbringing. I was never allowed to have friends at the house, or visit them. She said the time I saw them at school was plenty, and friends were a distraction in life.
Enough with the backstory. Financially, as soon as I have been able to earn and put money in the house, it was always only my oldest brother and I, but my oldest brother completely left the picture from the age of 28 to present. Even after reconciling with my mom he tells her he doesn't have any money to put toward the house at all.
Currently the living situation is as such. My mom and middle brother live in the house in Askari. Brother only pays for utitiles and his share of groceries. My mom had surgery last year, and I had to pay every penny of it. I have been paying the property taxes every year for the house. He only paid for last year and says he isn't sure he will be able to pay it this year.
Basically. He only pays for himself. Not a single penny over the last 20 years has gone to my mom's medical or personal care.
Oldest brother contributed till age of 28. for over a decade I picked up his slack, and funded my mom a 100%. Oldest brother lives in a shit apartment in the city, and says he has no spare money to give my mom. not even 15-20k.
I am in the US. I have been supporting my mom for the last few years since I have been here, and even when I was briefly living in Europe. I was working, Studying, and still had to worry about supporting my mother, paying taxes for property I don't live in, and making sure my mom is able to run the AC/Heater as the weather changes, because fuck if my brothers care for her.
My main reason for posting here is, this is all the gist of the information. I feel that due to the last 15 years or so years of carrying my mother, and giving her a small fortune without anything, I should be entitled to a bigger inheritance. a bigger share of the house.
I am not well versed in Islamic law, but I have been told that the oldest will get the most, followed by the middle, and I will get the least. Please correct me if I am wrong. I am not saying this fact.
After everything my shitty brothers have done, them even getting the shares they are is an insult to my contribution, and my mother. I have been the only one to keep my mother alive through her worst years. paying for her medical care, surgeries, food, everything, so that she doesn't have to work at her age of ~70.
I want to know if there is a legal recourse I can pursue with all of this information to ensure that I can do a 60/20/20 split or whatever is legally possible.
There is no love between me and my brothers. not a single bit of love. They hated me growing up, and I equally hated them, if not more.
My mom currently doesn't have a written will. I want her to get one and plan out a more equitable share of the estate with all of the facts I have mentioned. What are my options?
Thank for your time and patience in all this.

youtube.com[I-751] Marriage Based Visa Questions before submitting
Hello. I am currently filling out the Form I-751 and have some questions. I want to make sure I am filling everything out properly before submitting it online.
We have filled out the information for the Form I-751 and have attached the following evidence:
(StateIDs and housing leases, joint credit cards statements, bank statements, utility bills, health insurance, green card (of my husband), marriage certificate, married filed joint tax returns for 2 years which is the period we have been married for, photos with friends and relatives).
Are there any other documents that you would recommend? We don't own a home or car - so not any other shared assets from us.
What is the process for online payment? The last form we did two years ago required a check in the mail. Aside from the Form I-751, what other forms should we be sending if we were to pay with a debit or credit card. In addition, which method would be better to pay with if we are filing online.
Lastly, I have a question about something on the form. In part 3, basis for petition, I have chosen 'my spouse' and also, in part 4, information about US citizen, I have chosen 'spouse or former spouse'. I want to make sure if this neccessary to add spouse twice as it seems redundant. I want to make sure to avoid any issues with USCIS.
Thank you for all the help. Looking forward to any advice you all have to share!
