Contesting a will as next of kin

My dad died and in his will left all his money to someone he has never met who lives overseas. We were estranged at the time of his death and were never particularly close as he left when I was still a child.

He has no partner or dependents, and I am his legal next of kin. The will does not explicitly state i am not to inherit anything. It just doesnt mention me at all.

How much of a case do I need to have to contest the will successfully? Is it enough that I am his next od kin?

Headlights on 2012 Outback 3.6R - HID xenon

Bit of a whinge but what smalled handed person designed the headlights on the 2012 BR H6 3.6R 4th gen outback?? I have a headlight that goes out after a few minutes, a dealer who wants to charge me $570 per bulb plus installation, and chunky hands that cant get in through the wheel well to change the bulb to DIY.

Not to mention I dont know if its bulb, ballast or igniter (HID Xenon issue).

Love my outback but $1400 for two headlight bulbs is ridiculous. May as well buy a new second hand outback for a bit more.

Other than going in through the wheel well (which is a given), does anyone have any ideas for a chunky handed person in this situation?

Does anyone know whats included in the $70million RSPCA ACT grant?

https://region.com.au/two-decade-wait-nearly-over-as-new-act-animal-shelter-fully-funded/966389/

$70 million dollars must get a pretty fancy building. On top of this, RSPCA ACT CEO Michelle Robertson is quoted in other news articles saying that additional fund raising will be required in addition to the ACT Goverment commitment of $40 million and the Federal Goverment commitment of $30 million. The fully kitted out ARH nearby cost less than $20 million. So what exactly is RSPCA ACT spending $80 million on and where is the transparency for the tax payers who are funding this venture?

Decongestant medication for cats

Without providing diagnosis or specifically naming them, is there such a thing as decongestant medication for cats?

My cat has had long standing sinus issues which occasionally flair up into something more sinister. Tonight she blew an epic green booger out one of her nostrils and her nose is whistling while she breaths. We are heading to the vet tomorrow and I just wanted to know if there is any point asking about decongestants.

She is a DMH, 14 year old moggy. Has had respiratory issues on and off since she had a very bad case of cat flu when she was 1 year old. Usually the vet prescribes an antibiotics for her which seems to reset the issue

I have two dedicated 300 litres tanks, 1 with a colony of L168s and 1 with a colony of L397s. The L168s are big enough to be breeding and there is definitely a mix of gender in there, but I just cant get them to spawn. Its driving me nuts.

Any tips/hints/suggestions?
