Anyone gone through their home to remove toxic products before baby arrived?

Getting closer to my due date and started going room by room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room. Found more than I expected. Certain cleaning sprays, dryer sheets with synthetic fragrance, non-stick cookware.

Felt like something I should have done sooner honestly. What did you swap out before your baby came home? Any products you wish someone had told you about earlier? Looking forward to hearing everyones thoughts!!

Swapping out household products has actually saved me money. Has it saved anyone else money?

Started replacing some of the stuff I was buying out of habit, dryer sheets, non-stick pans, certain cleaning sprays. Switched to wool dryer balls, cast iron, and simple unscented cleaners.

Ended up being cheaper long term and I'm not replacing things as often. Didn't expect the frugal angle but it worked out.

What household swaps have saved you the most money?

What household products have you swapped out after finding out what was actually in them?

Started going through my kitchen and bathroom a few months ago, non-stick pans, dryer sheets, plug-in air fresheners. Replaced most of it gradually.

Curious what others have found. What's the one swap you'd recommend to someone just starting out?
