Massive cut incoming
I think I've made the most of my muscle memory after my 2-3 year break, now time to start shredding 😈

Slowly getting back to my former glory. Honestly I was pressing so hard I couldn't feel how deep I actually went but it LOOKS like I could have gone deeper.
I'm not sure I physically could have, but do you guys think this depth is okay?🤣
How is everyone's training going? (If you see this you have to reply 🫣)
Controversial title for attention 😜
But I have some important points I'd like to mention from my journey in body building.
I have always had a difficult relationship with food, I'm a foodie, I love eating, and when I do diet it never lasts as long as I need to.
I took a ~2 year long break from the gym and joined again around 2 months ago now, first 2 pictures are from today and last 2 are from 2 months ago.
It's easy to change the way you look with and without clothes when you have a strong muscular base, I struggled with covering my tid in pictures for a long time, a couple of weeks in the gym and my chest is now bigger than my stomach and this issue is solved for the time being while I continue cutting.
In our culture it's rare that people will see us in swimwear etc, so being shredded all year round (more so if this is difficult for us who love food) - is quite unnecessary. I believe it's better to look muscular in clothing rather than to have a sleeper build that only people on this forum will get to see 😅
Having more muscle on your frame increases your resting metabolic rate, so when it comes to dieting you don't necessarily have to drop an insane amount of calories. When I was 70kg I used to look at the food on my plate and feel starved before I had even eaten it. Now at 95kg at least when I look at my meals they look like regular meals and my mind is at ease.
I'm not saying it's bad to be shredded, but I think it's important to focus on bulking properly, even if at times that means losing the abs. If I could go back in time 10 years I probably would spent more time gaining weight for the first few years, and in more recent years I probably would have been happier with my size, and would have transitioned to shredding.
Let me know what you guys think and if you have any questions 😁
Hey guys, natural bodybuilder here from London originally from Pakistan.
I visit Pakistan every 1-2 years and last time I came I decided to sign up to the gym and spent a month training there in Lahore dha phase 3.
I noticed that there's quite a big knowledge gap between the lifting community in London and at least the gym that I experienced in Lahore even though it was quite an up market gym, and it made me wonder about the rest of Pakistan also.
Of course there are a lot of impressive bodybuilders and Pakistan and those who know, really know what they're doing but I'm thinking about those who are maybe in their first one or two years of bodybuilding.
I'm a massive bodybuilding enthusiast and probably have more knowledge than my muscles show (lmfao). But I was thinking to start making tiktoks exclusively for the Pakistani bodybuilding community to maybe shed some light on misconceptions and bring everyone towards a more science-based lifting approach.
Naturally these videos will be in Urdu (I will try my best lol).
But please do let me know what some common misconceptions are, I will be addressing topics such as diet, training intensity, volume, frequency, exercise selection etcetc
I didn't realise how bad I looked until I compared last night. Body transformation and hair are still in progress
I've successfully cut many times before in the past but my problem is I just love food. I love the feeling of being satiated and even that stomach stretching feeling (horrible I know☠️)
I'm about 94kg/207lbs and have cut down to 77kg/170lbs twice in the past but over the course of 2 or so years the weight always comes back on and each time it gets more and more difficult to cut.
I'm currently sitting around 25% BF mostly on my stomach area.
What I would like to know is how do you guys manage this sort of problem? I generally stick to x calories every day and eat the same meals over and over. But with a busy schedule I'm finding it harder to do nowadays and want something a little more flexible. I'm considering increasing calories and then introducing fasts on some days, but I imagine I will still struggle with impulsively eating like 2000 calories from a pizza.
I generally train better with a good amount of carbs in my system (or at least I have a better pump).
How can I arrange my diet to get the weight off and keep it off.
Thanks for any help!
