Hi neighbors.
I won’t name drop but there’s a lovely hookah bar/lounge/restaurant/sports bar I felt very lucky to have and comfortable with. I made good tips, made good friends, etc. It’s my second week.

I made nearly 800$ in tips last night especially during FIFA. At the end of my shift 8 hours later, I went to check out with the manager who’s only there 2 times a week but not a nice person towards me for some reason.

Well, he told me I have to tip the chefs, the charcoal guys (literally who just do the same hookah job I did as a 15 year old) and “the house”. The house??? Like a strip club would?

I not only waitress, I bartend, I do dishes, I am barista, I’m literally everything. And ultimately 70% of my tips (on a min. wage thankless job) were taken back from me last night. Even the cash that was gifted to be by regulars who love me.

I had change from a weed dispensary in my wallet from night prior, and they counted that as tips when it wasn’t. I got a harsh text in return last night saying not to come back today.

Is this normal or am I blowing things out of proportion?

Tone Deaf W/ Jlo

I am absolutely grossed out with my favorite guy, after tonight. So tone deaf, so gross: we live in Hollywood. I’m an actress, I hang out with mainly gay men and they NOTHING but #lolcow Jennifer. Why the hell was she there? To make fun on for her “idk sub and orange drink?” She doesn’t tip waiters, calls her own paparazzi and she’s evil.

The people we are literally against in Hollywood, I see you invited into your show.

It’s betrayal.

I completely apologize ahead of time because I know this is nutty butters. Because if anybody else told me I would think the same thing. But no, I am an entertainer who’s young and at this time I was only maybe 22 barely. My other brother who is 21 at the time decided for whatever reason that we would pull off on this road. If anybody knows where old-time burger is, if you just keep going up the street, take a right, and then make a sharp laughed at the first dead end… I guarantee you’ll find it. I understand the owners don’t want people going crazy on their property, but I understand why.

So my brother E and I decided to do a normal LA sibling thing together and just smoke some weed and go on a hike. It was so easy to get lost immediately and this is before we had iPhones and whatever. I looked down this what looked to be a trail, and we kind of slide it down the hill and when we came to realization…. I’m not joking you it was like a Manson cold area in the middle of the mountains so that would’ve been Sun Valley basically. We did not say a word to each other and we just started running away!!!! like wouldn’t you do?

I’ve proceeded to talk to my equestrian friends in burbank about this, and nobody understands what I’m talking about so if anybody knows, Cool. It’s been bothering me for a decade. If nobody knows then whatever I don’t get any hate here. I’m just asking a question.
