Hello all,
So i placed an order for a phone cover on the 8th of may for which i paid online. As per blue dart i was supposed to receive the order on the 15th… i was home all day . I got a message saying unable to deliver as i was not available at the time of delivery but i was home. No one came to my house or called me. So i rescheduled for 16th, again the same reason was given to me ( me not being home) . I then texted the page on insta and said you were not at home so now the parcel is being returned , i will have to pay 60 rs more to ship it again! Like wtf! They are ignoring my msgs on insta, whatsapp but shamelessly posting instagram status!
