No Till/Sub Irrigated Planter Questions

I have these 27 gallon sips, on one of them, I cut these cover crops up and gave them to my worms. would you guys worry about the roots of the cover crops that crossed the air gap rotting in the reservoir? should I loghtly water the top soil now that the cover crop is gone? They were definitely competing with this plant for nutrients right? Thanks yall

Severe lower back pain

Back around 2015, a car accident left me with a few herniated discs in my lower back. I had some trouble with sciatica around the time after it happened. I was mostly pain free for some years after the accident. Fast forward to today, I jumped off a platform at a park that was probably about 7 feet high and landed on my feet. I was fine the next day and did some cardio at night. Went to sleep and woke up to excruciating pain when I tried to get out of bed. Yesterday turned into hell trying to do the simplest of daily activities. This exact same thing happened 3 months ago at a different spot. I rested in bed for about a week and it got better. I know I have to stay away from jumping off stuff as it compresses my spine. It’s been a while since I got an MRI. I might just go back to the doctor in a few days if the pain doesn’t get better. Not sure that my bed is making things worse as it is soft and I feel like I sink into it. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks

▲ 3 r/leaves

I quit last month on the 7th of April. I feel more motivated, my mind is clear. I am more connected to people and my higher power. I started back growing weed for some money though. is there anyone here that grows or used to grow and quit? It seems like most people I meet who quit used to buy from dealers or dispensaries.
