Are you miserable? In pain and you never hurt yourself? All I’m saying is try some new foods. Try it. Food is medicine and you’re an athlete. You feel like shit and can’t think straight because of work? Food should always be one of the first thing you look at. It’s the easiest after all. A tiny bit of greens and a few little pickles in the middle of the day along with that salty sandwich and chips go a long way to pulling your muscles and brain through. FOOD IS MEDICINE AND FUEL. Eat the best you can as often as you can. This isn’t just about busting ass until you go sit down at 62. No. This is about living good as you wait for that retirement date. Food is 50% of that.

laborer, utilities, and engineering all got my application. They all did that thing that makes you feel good but does not mean you will get a job. They all got excited to be meeting an experienced female Heavy Highway Laborer. That thing they do…. Oh wow! You know. You are unique and cool in the moment. Madonna had basically been on tour for 40 years. Like, she ends a tour and the time line says she starts working on another pretty quickly. Shes got 2 albums that Americans say are failures that she made at least $400 million off of in the past 8 years. Looking at just the tour schedule, it’s amazing she has been coming out with new music along side the tours her entire career. I can’t think of another artist who works this much? Madonna has crowd numbers that rival Paul McCartney. The only ones that pop into my head are Depeche Mode and I don’t think they rival the mount of large shows Madonna has been able to fill with brand new music repeatedly. Crazy the work ethic of this person. So…. Anyone else a working musician like Madonna? Who’s else is as busy of a bee?

I had a nice 22 Hyundai NLine Elantra that I had ordered. Manual transmission meant everything to that car. She went 168 one time. It was crazy. Best little fast car for the price at that moment. Anyway. She is a Hyundai and it just made me nervous the closer she got to 100,000 plus, I need a little truck for work. She had 95,000 so yeah. Dent on the hood. Not bad but tiny dent. Drivers side had some damage on the rear tire well up top there. I’d hit a curb so a rim was bent. Needed tires like crazy. I drove that car every day. I work Heavy Highway Concrete. There’s dust in her. Just don’t smack the seat and she’s clean! I drove that car at high speeds almost every time I got on a high speed road or highway. I’d drop her to 4th on the highway and PEW! For years I was this female concrete worker who PEW! right away from the site n my little black Elantra NLine. SOMETHING was coming. I never had any repairs under the hood. SOMETHING was coming. She was getting louder and louder under that hood and the steering was getting shakier and shakier at highway speeds. I got $11,500 for her. My real hope was $14,000. I had settled in my mind my lowest was 12 so I didn’t think I did that bad. I’ve never bought a car by myself so, how’d I do getting rid of my abused Elantra for a 2024 fully loaded ford maverick at 26,000. 31,000 miles. I needed a truck for work. I’m not buying a dodge ram. lol.

We are supposed to be this enormous hall. That’s what they tell us. I quit my job over a month ago. It was a bad spot. Nuff said. So I’ve been looking for work off the contractors list and haven’t had any luck. I figured I’d go into the hall. Make sure they see how much I wanna work. It was locked. I couldn’t get in. I had to go to the building next door where we pay dues and I asked the clerk if she knew who to ask for work. She called over there and the guy comes out. I ask him where I look for work? He asks if I’ve put myself on the list. I say yes. I left a message with you and one with your colleague over a month ago. He tells me he never got those voicemails like it’s no big deal. I’m like….. whooooo. Take a breath. So I move on and ask where the best places to look for work are and he tells me he has no idea. I’m like ….. what? And I ask again another way because this dude has thousands of companies that could be looking….. nope. No one. He doesn’t know. So I ask if anyone at the hall knows the best spots to look for work? He tells me no. No one knows. Like…. What? My BA just gives me the halls number. Not his cell so I’m forced to deal with the actual hall for everything. I’m worried guys….. I’m female and I’m out of work. Am I done? I mean, obviously the hall is not gonna send me out on a job and I can’t find a job…. I guess I’m a scab now because it’s been 5 weeks and I gotta eat. I really don’t wanna be a scab. I get bullied enough being union… help! What can I do to look for work?! None of these guys are gonna give me a reference. All I have is experience. Help!

N Line package with manual transmission. 95,000 miles. What would you expect to pay because I look at blue book and that doesn’t look like reality to me. I’m thinking I need a truck so the Elantra has to go but Blue Book says like WOW too much. Even at 95,000 miles and a manual. So what is your expectation
