Recently tried a new Studio and had a class with an instructor that played alt rock the whole class. At first, I thought maybe I had signed up for a special alt rock class, but I checked after and it was supposed to be a regular core power. Not only that, but she was also blasting the music so loud. I tried to get her attention multiple times in the class, and when I finally did she turned it down for a song and then turned it back up. I almost walked out of the class because of how frustrated I was. Rethinking the experience makes me so mad because she literally was playing the Black Parade and it was just such a mood killer for me - too sad of a song :(

Should I tell the manager?

Honestly, I am disgusted by this show, but had to keep watching. The entire time I am rooting for the downfall of these men. They are all cheaters, gaslight women, and hype each other up to continue the cycle. A common theme in this show is the men constantly setting expectations for the women to change and never question them.

I know that the women in this show have their flaws, but watching Iryna get gaslit. Then when the mother in law got involved that made me heated because Iryna literally said nothing but nice things about her. I think alot of what Iryna says gets lost in translation but I know she just wants her man to be a better father. He thinks making money = fulfilling fatherly duties but won't spend any quality time with her or the children.

I am only halfway through the season and see alot of hate for Tej, but I feel for her too. In her culture, waiting this long to get married is surprising and she has the public eye on her. Karan just kept listing all these things she needed to change. I lowkey think she is just a beard for Karan. He seems closeted to me.

Binda is the only female character that I find unbearable so far. You can deal with your husbands cheating and inappropriate antics in your own way - that is fine. However, she is gaslighting the other girls, telling them to trust their man blindly and that cheating doesn't matter etc etc. Her enablement and encouragement of the mens behavior is disgusting and disappointing.

Hate that they are making even more money off this show. I want them all to go broke.

I wanted to reach out for support. It's been a few years since I have whitewater kayaked. The last time I went I got cycled through a big hole, and I had only done 2 seasons, so it was my first scary incident. Shortly after the incident, one of my kayaking friends got seriously injured after they pulled skirt on their kayak and hit their thigh on a rock or something and nearly bled out. I kinda fell off with my kayaking friends because I was scared and have moved away. I recently went through my gopro and realize how happy I was before the incident. Any advice on getting back on the horse?

I am thinking about taking lessons because it's been so long I am not even sure if I can roll anymore.

None of my friends care, so I had to get back on Reddit. Here is my rant: I HATE Solidcore. I used to laugh at the jokes on this sub about Sebastian being the Elon Musk of the fitness world, but if I was him I would be pissed too. Solidcore "rebranded" the machine and moves Lagree created (and they are definitely low quality machines compared to the Mega).

Not to mention the atmosphere of Solidcore is just bad overall:
-They BLAST music

-Workout in the dark with LED lights

-The way they instructors call out the moves is overstimulating (Yes, ALL instructors)

I moved super close to a SolidCore studio. I wanted to like it, but I would rather make the commute. The environment is just too much, and the way they teach the moves doesn't feel like it utilizes the machine to its fullest extent imo (example, every single class, with different instructors, we always do at least one set of army crawls, I do not pay $30+ dollars a call for army crawls)

I don't know, thats my opinion, and felt like no one else has really brought up how sucky the actual environment of SolidCore is. Pls tell me someone agrees
