What’s the best tasting protein powder?

I’m a big fan of eating protein pudding (basically protein and water) and whey drips. I’ve been eating PE Science select in the flavor cake pop and sugar cookie. Looking for more brands/flavors to buy so I don’t waste money.

Heels for wide feet?

I’m looking at Olympian Wide by Shoe Fairy. Does anyone have them, or any other shoe in “wide” from Shoe Fairy? If a different company that you’ve found comfy for wide feet, please share. Thank you.

In-person vs online posing lesson, how many sessions?

There’s not many in-person posing coaches near me, but I’m wondering if they are superior over online. In which case, I’d travel. Also, how many posing sessions do you think would be beneficial? I am looking at 30-minute, since I’m so new to posing.

What do you see as winning for Fit Model?

After seeing St Pete Pro competitors, I’m getting confused as past competitors who thrived did not. Aisha looked amazing!! Way more muscular looking than the competitors I say who have done well in the past. Do you think fit model is moving more muscular, all around in shape?

Is Teardrop quad a thing for bikini/fitmodel?

I don’t know how I’ve never heard of teardrop quad. It came up as I was looking at TikToks. Is it something that would compliment legs in bikini and/or fitmodel? Nothing crazy, but just some definition.

Protein powder by itself

I love a scoop of protein powder with water so it’s a thick texture, almost like a mousse or pudding. I’ve been loving PE Science Select Sugar Cookie flavor.

Does anyone else do this, and can share what protein powder they use?
I tried with a vegan kind and it was horrible. I don’t want to waste more money on powder.

Bikini vs FM training

For those who went from bikini to fit model, how has your training changed? I would assume less back & quad engagement, with the focus still being on shoulders & glutes. I’m curious how your split/sets/reps/etc changed in particular.
