I really enjoy my Thorn watches, and haven't had a single issue with any of the four (touch wood).

I'm seeing a lot of comments on here from people who've encountered issues and received what can only be described as bad customer service, however, which disappoints me a lot as someone who's been a vocal brand advocate.

There was a post here from the brand recently, apologising for issues and asking for feedback, but that's not enough.

I can't help but worry that Thorn is going from the hero of the affordable vintage homage world to the villain.

Literally said "it looks too small" while wearing it as a glove.

This person has been wearing their watch like this for *thirteen years.*

They really are quite a lot of fun.
