Tell me it gets better…day 1

Just brought baby home from the hospital to meet brother (22 months old) and it was all going smoothly until baby started crying during a diaper change-totally freaked my toddler out and he started bawling. Finally I got my toddler to calm down and baby was crying for food I think so I started nursing baby but toddler was still nursing before baby was born so then the sight of new baby nursing made him SO sad and he’s crying so hard again. I ended up nursing both of them (which I’m totally fine with) in the first 15 min of them meeting. I’m so overwhelmed….does it get better? When??

Hi all, I’m 38 weeks and 3 days pregnant with my second and a couple days ago I noticed pretty severe pain in my belly button. It’s only gotten worse as the week has gone on and now there’s a small lump protruding from it (didn’t have this with my first, I have a suuuuper inny belly button). It hurts so bad that when my shirt brushes across it, it feels like someone is pressing hard on a bruise. I have a doctor appt tomorrow so I’m sure I’ll get some clarity but has anyone had one of these during pregnancy? What helped you get relief? Did it go away after delivery? My first son had to be induced because I was almost 42 weeks pregnant and fluid was getting low so I’m bummed thinking about this pretty excruciating pain lasting the next (potentially) 3 weeks….

Hi all, I have a 22 month old and his second set of molars are coming in (I feel lumps under both gums on the bottom) and his behavior has been absolutely unbelievable. He is usually a super chill but active kid who listens decently. Lately he doesn’t listen to one word and then starts screaming and crying and grabbing his mouth / face while sobbing. He was up every hour last night crying I eventually gave ibuprofen at 3 am. We have a second baby due in 13 days and I’m terrified if this continuing with a newborn as well.

Can anyone give me hope or encouragement? When are they likely to pop through the gums? I’m doing allllll the teething things, cold rags, gel, we have teething tamer all natural oil stuff, cold Teethers, etc. we have done ibuprofen or Tylenol almost everyday for 4 days now. Help 😭😭😭😭

I’m assuming this answer varies from man to man but I’m wondering if guys find it attractive when they come across a girl with obviously fillers/work done to their face, using “flawless” filters on every picture and video, putting all their time and effort into creating the “perfect” and “hottest” online profile? As a woman, I find these women objectively attractive but I’ve heard most men truly like more natural, down to earth, women. I’m wondering if guys just say that so they don’t come off shallow or what? I recently saw a picture of a friend who was all done up (again, she looked good objectively) and she’s leaning over pushing her boobs together to create an “attractive” or “sexy” picture but is this actually attractive? Just curious of men’s point of view!!

My husband comes from a family that is all L’s and we want to continue the tradition. We have decided to go with Lawrence and whenever we tell people we get the weirdest reactions! Looks like people are lying through their teeth when they say it’s “cute.” I obviously don’t care that much because we personally love it, but what are your guys’ initial thoughts on the name?? To clarify…we are having a boy lol
