There is a criminal case going on of someone i know. If he's declared not guilty, is there any procedure by which his name can be removed from police records? As this might cause issues in getting jobs and may face rejection during background verification.
I am a frontend developer with no backend experience. Looking at the marks demands and job portals it seems frontend developer requirements are completely obsolete. At this point what skill should I learn or what path should I take to up skill myself to have future opportunities? Currently i am really very anxious as I am the sole earner of my family and don't see much future in frontend development. If I have to start from scratch and change domain completely that would be fine.

I consume about 2 scoops of protein in my daily diet regularly. Have been using myprotein for quite some time. Currently thinking of trying superyou. Can anyone share some feedback about it? Not talking about only taste though. Is there any other protein which is good and genuine?
