Why did Marley’s Shrimp Shack close?

It was so good! We went in 2021,22, and 23’ and we loved going there. I loved sitting at the inside bar and eating and watching the cook.

Why did they close? Any ideas? It was always very busy during lunch and dinner.

What tests do I need to get?

Ok give it to me straight. What tests do I need to get to see if I have had Lyme or have active Lyme. Want to rule this out. Money on tests is not an issue. Thanks.

2019 well maintained Ram.. cross fingers or pay for another extended warranty?

2019 Crew 4x4 5.7 Non e torque bought in July 2019. Paid $1300 for a 8/75k bumper to bumper. Only have about 13.5 months left.

It’s got about 58,000 miles and I’ve done basically all the maintenance up to date. Going to do the full trans service at 60k.

Still runs great. Garage kept. Very minimal rust for living in the rust belt. Would like to keep it 10 more years.

Google says a new engine with labor can run $10,000 to 12,000. A new trans can run $6,000-$8,000.

I called Zeigler last year and I think they quoted me around $5,000 for an additional 5 years up to 125,000 miles bumper to bumper.

Should I pull the trigger on that for peace of mind summer of 2027 to get the extra 5 years? The mileage will be less than 70,000 and 5 years will get me to retirement

415 couple years ago. 469 April. 585 this month

Dhea was also tanked at 82 early april. Pregnenolone was also super low at 14. Test was 469. (Didn’t do free)

Have been taking 40 mg dhea per day since as well as 20 pregnenolone.

Primary care early may tested me at 147 dhea. 585 test. 72 free test. 46 SHBG.

Still feel like crap. Although I diagnosed myself with a thiamin deficiency and am working on high dose thiamin. Should I continue the dhea and retest testosterone in a couple months to see if it raises or consider trt?

Sometimes rear pain/foamy urine

Have consistent foamy urine and sometimes kidney area pain upon wake up.

But I got an extended/Kidney work up from Ulta/quest labs.

Blood creatinine .90(right smack in the green/normal)

Urea nitrogen normal

EGFR 107

Creatinine urine was lower 16 but I think it’s because I had drank more water prior.

Albumin urine was less than .2

Cystatin C right in the middle normal at .83

My urine showed no protein or blood.

My creatine/Bun through primary care have been normal the last few years.

Albumin/creatinine urine ratio also showed really low/unable to calculate

So thoughts on the foamy urine? I do eat around 120 grams of protein a day spread across 2-3 meals. Lots of water /coconut water. Don’t drink don’t smoke no drugs. Healthy diet.

I take lots of supplements. D. C. Choline all Bs. Magnesium. Zinc. Copper etc.

Are there any other tests I’m missing or other conditions that could cause the foamy urine or am I just being paranoid.

I guess I could just the full kidney work up every six months or so just to be safe.

Best 5w20 Synthetic Oil for next change

Some got me freaked out about thinking of going to 5w30. “Just stick to what the cap says”

Is there an ultra premium 5w20 synthetic I can buy that is better than what the dealer puts in? So I can still have the record of using 5w20 for the warranty.

Thanks!
